Guest cottage in Hultsby, Rockneby

Welcome to rent our nice guest house with rural location and proximity to the sea outside Kalmar. 20 minutes to Öland and central Kalmar and 10 minutes to Ikea. The cottage is located in the corner of our garden and is compact living of 15 sqm with four beds (2 bunk beds), kitchenette and toilet/shower. Bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodation but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. If you would like sheets and towels please let me know before arrival. The guests clean themselves. If you wish to clean, 300 SEK will be added.

Welcome to a scenic home at Revsudden

Homely guesthouse/studio with a view of Öland. Lena, artist, and your hostess is happy to welcome you with a hug. Possibility to order homemade rolls for breakfast or excursion from Lena your host. About 200 meters to Kalmarsund and the area's own bath. About 500 meters to Revsuddens harbor and camping, boathouses where you can sit and have coffee. Close to the property you can hike, bike, paddle in Kalmarsund and the archipelago Country store in Rockneby about 9 km. In my family, we care about the environment and eat organically.

Strandstugan

Here you can wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. Take a morning swim, enjoy the morning coffee overlooking the fishing village and Kalmarsund and then stroll in the beautiful forest. During the summer, bakery, glassware, food truck and music evenings are within walking distance. Nearby is picturesque Kalmar with the Nordic region's best-preserved Renaissance castles and lovely Öland. To the north is one of Sweden's most popular family parks - Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby.

Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Stand-alone newly built apartment building in central Kalmar. Approximately 30 sqm large incl. sleeping loft with two single beds and sofa bed. Open in knock. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer as well as bathroom with shower and washing machine. Located at the back of a villa plot in a lush garden, with the feeling of being in the countryside. 800m to the city center, 900m to Kalmar castle/bathing area and 4km drive to the Öland bridge.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Norra Gårdshuset, with close to nature and swimming.

Renovated charming farmhouse on Öland. The house is located on the east side of the island of the village of Åkerby. This village is located along the east road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby bath no more than a few kilometers away as well as only 15 km to the bridge fortress and barely three miles to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.

Röhällastugan

A rural newly renovated cottage on Öland. Could it be better? Private patio with barbecue and pergola. A completely renovated cottage in rural style with bedrooms and sleeping loft overlooking meadows. 500 meters from water and 9 minutes to the Öland bridge. Here you live near nature and surrounded by meadows. Note, low ceiling height of 2 meters in the bedroom and bathroom.

Studio Styrsö

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
