There is a large patio on the untouched back with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and dishes for 12 people. Öland Zoo and Coop are 12 minutes from the property. Takes 14 minutes to Färjestaden where more grocery stores and shopping centers are located. It takes about 1 hour 15 minutes to Böda sands camping. Please bring own linen and towels!

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

Welcome to our fantastic place with two cottages, patios in all directions, private beach and jetty at beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund! Close to good bus communications with bus 401 that goes to the county hospital in Kalmar . Bedroom in the loft with a double bed and a single bed. Kitchenette. Sofa bed for two people in the living room. Water heater sufficient for normal hot water consumption. If there are several people, you may need to take shorter showers. The water heats up again pretty quickly.
