Öland, Sweden's sunniest island with sprawling fields, enchanting beaches, lots of history and picturesque villages. One of these gems is Stora Rör, an idyllic small village on the west coast of Öland. In Stora Rör you will find: • A cosy marina. • Restaurants and cafes with seaview. • Beautiful walking and bike trails in it adjacent nature reserve large forests. • Tennis and Padel courts. Stora Rör is also, with its location in the middle of Öland, a perfect base for exploring the island.

Here you can wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. Take a morning swim, enjoy the morning coffee overlooking the fishing village and Kalmarsund and then stroll in the beautiful forest. During the summer, bakery, glassware, food truck and music evenings are within walking distance. Nearby is picturesque Kalmar with the Nordic region's best-preserved Renaissance castles and lovely Öland. To the north is one of Sweden's most popular family parks - Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Det finns en altan med morgonsol och en altan mot väster för sköna grillkvällar, kvällsmys och fina solnedgångar över hav och natur. Två ordentligt tilltagna sovrum samt ett kök mittemellan dessa. Optimalt bor 4 personer här, men det finns 8 sovplatser om ni är beredda att bo lite mer trångt. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kommunalt vatten.

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”
