Approximately 200 meters to Kalmarsund and the area's own swimming area. Approximately 500 meters to Revsuddens harbor and camping, boathouses where you can sit and have coffee. Near the accommodation, you can hike, cycle, paddle in Kalmarsund and the archipelago Country shop in Rockneby, about 9 km. In my family, we care about the environment and eat organic.

Välkommen till Torestorps Drängstuga - ett urgammalt hus i hjärtat av Småland! Här bor verklighetens sagor, hjältar, kärlek, hårt arbete och fest i väggarna. Huset är ca 100 m2 stort i två plan och ligger ett stenkast från en större mangårdsbyggnad mitt ute på landet i de småländska skogarna. Du tar dig till Kalmar och Öland på 30-60 minuter och till Nybro för att handla på tio. Det finns duntäcken, en vedeldad kamin, en bastu i skogen och katten Doris bor gärna hos dig om du vill ha sällskap.

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Välkomna till en stuga med ljuvliga utomhusytor. Njut av havet och den vackra naturen och närheten till Kalmar, Öland och Oskarshamn. Det finns en altan med morgonsol och en altan mot väster för sköna grillkvällar, kvällsmys och fina solnedgångar över hav och natur. Två ordentligt tilltagna sovrum samt ett kök mittemellan dessa. Optimalt bor 4 personer här, men det finns 8 sovplatser om ni är beredda att bo lite mer trångt. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kommunalt vatten.

Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Mysig stuga vid havet

Njut av hav och natur i vår lugna lilla oas. Stugan ligger på Boholmarna, 15 minuter med bil från Kalmar centrum. Här har ni stugan och hela sjötomten för er själva. Det finns många uteplatser på tomten och för sämre väder även en inglasad altan. Ta ett dopp vid den egna lilla strandkanten eller vid en av de allmänna badbryggorna som finns i närheten. Eller låna två SUP:ar och paddla runt öarna. Lakan och handdukar ingår.

Sommarparadis vid havet med egen strand & brygga!

Välkommen till vårt fantastiska ställe med två stugor, uteplatser i alla väderstreck, privat strand och brygga vid vackra Norra Dragsviken i Kalmarsund! This newly buildt cottage with modern interior is situated on a cliff direcly by the ocean. The view over the sea is astonishing, with the sun setting over the archipelago. Perfect stay for summer vacations, nature exploring, fishing, or just for a relaxing retreat. A sunset spa out on the rocks can be booked to an extra fee, as well as bed linen and towels.

Enjoy the sounds of nature while staying at this unique place. Newly-built Glamping house by Granåssjön. Here you will have the opportunity to live in the middle of the forest on a mountain by a lake. The house does not have electricity or running water. There is a composting toilet next to the house and a water tank in the house.
