Architect-designed summer paradise near the sea. The accommodation consists of 2 houses where one houses one bedroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, shower/toilet. In the second house there are 3 bedrooms, shower and toilet plus a laundry room. Around the houses there is a wooden deck and a large garden overlooking the field and evening sun. Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Double bed in Bedroom and sofa bed in living room. Private entrance and patio as well as free parking. - No cleaning fee- You leave the place in the same condition as upon arrival. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.
