The rustic country retreat offers full privacy and fenced in front yard, the back yard has a pond, fire pit, picnic table, and a screened in porch, with a bbq and dining table and lounge. The property is tucked in on a tree lined private road with just a few cabins on it and directly under the mountain ridge. It is located steps from wild flower farms, and full circle coffee shop/bakery.

In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.
