There is a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a 24-hour unmanned cafe on the first floor, so laundry during the summer vacation is OK!! As a convenience facility, it is 3 minutes by car from Ganghyun Hanaro Mart Main Store, 2 minutes from Naksan Branch, and 10 minutes by car from Yangyang City, Sokcho City. You can experience surfing at Yangyang surfing spots such as Mulchi and Seorak Beach. After a trip to the sea, you can relax in a quiet pine forest country house and see the stars that you can't usually see. The bedroom has 3 beds. In addition, there is a large bench in the yard, so you can enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the countryside by grilling meat and drinking a glass of alcohol on a good day. It is the best place for swimming or surfing, and it is also a place where you can spend time in a warm lower house in autumn and winter. However, since it is an old country house and has a field, it lacks a neat feeling like a newly built pension or hotel.
