Our family of 4 stayed at Brendan’s beautiful little yellow floated house for 3 nights. His home has been lovingly restored with every modern amenity, including smart tv, washer & dryer and lots of outlets for charging our devices. There is also a BBQ out back along with a fire pit which we got great use of. We enjoyed our stay at Brendan’s home and will definitely be back next summer. I’d highly recommend!

it was a lively quaint place to stay especially with my pets ..there is a walking trail and boardwalk and beaches it was an awesome time my fav part was collecting all the sea glass and having a fire on the beach ..we loved it..

House was in great location. Had a fantastic view of Exploits River. Place had all the amenities as described. We enjoyed the games that were there with our granddaughter.

Really nice cottage with plenty of space and a great kitchen. The place was super clean and everything was as described. From there it’s only minutes into the park, so perfect for hikes and star gazing. We definitely recommend a stay with Shannon!

Somewhere Brighter Beach Shack was perfect for our visit to Leading Tickles. The place is clean and comfortable, walking trails are nearby as well. I highly recommend staying here

Our family had a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean home. There was more living space than we expected. The beds were super comfortable and the view was lovely. We visited in winter but I can imagine how beautiful it is when the huge trees are full of leaves :) Life slows down in Botwood - so relaxing. Thanks Erin!

We had a great 3 nights, nothing was missing, very clean and very quite area. I would recomend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the Bishop Falls area.

The Shed was a quaint little spot on the water! she had all the amenities for cooking and even had slippers that took the chill off the floor during winter! it was a little hard to find the driveway to it as it was directly by the side of her house. the Shed was in her backyard which you can't see on the pictures but was still pretty private as we did not see anyone on the property when we were there. We enjoyed our stay but as it was in March and was cold, we could not enjoy the cute little deck. maybe next time!!

Pam and Keith are exceptional Hosts. Their place is like a Hidden Gem with its own sandy beach. The pictures are exactly what you get but don’t do it justice. Wow! Is all I keep saying. Such a beautiful clean home. We felt right at home. The hot tub was incredible. everything was just as it was described. My 2nd time staying here and I'm sure there will be a 3rd.
