Het is deel van een oude Zweedse boerderij op een domein van 10 hectare gelegen tussen de meren Rummelsrum en Hyttegöl. Maak kennis met de rijke fauna en flora van Zuid-Zweden direct vanop het terras of tijdens lange wandelingen in de omgeving. Välkommen till Gula Huset i Ukna! Nyrenoverat hus med fin trädgård och nära till både skog och sjö. Beläget mitt i Ukna med ca 1 timme med bil till Astrid Lindgrens Värld och 1,5 timme till Kolmården Zoo. Två sovrum med dubbelsäng samt ett mindre krypin med enkelsäng finns på övervåningen tillsammans med en toalett. På nedervåningen finns ett tv-rum med bäddsoffa, ett vardagsrum med öppen spis, toalett med dusch, rymligt kök och matplats. Perfekt för barnfamiljen eller större sällskap!

Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!

Välkomna till en stor lägenhet i vår nybyggda villa. Villan ligger i centrala Gamleby med gångavstånd till affärer, caféer, badstränder och den unika Trollstigen med utsikt över Gamlebyviken. Två mil till Västerviks resort och fem mil till Astrid Lindgrens Värld. Gratis wifi och gratis parkering. Jag kommer inte alltid vara på plats och därför utförs slutstädning av gäster samt att sängkläder och handdukar medtas. Men ibland finns möjlighet att boka till det. Välkomna!

Cozy little cottage in Loftahammar

Cozy little cabin in the owner's yard. Shared bathroom/kitchen and private toilet/sink in the owner's house. The stuga is located along the forest side of the village and therefore fairly quiet. Parking is free next to the stuga. Family with 2 children (2 and 7) live in the main house, but are generally going to school and work all day long. Loftahammar is a very touristic place with various activities. Boat rental and bicycle rental is possible.

Välkomna till vackra Västervik! Huset på 30 kvm innehåller ett fullutrustat kök, ett komplett badrum med dusch, Sovrum med 2 bäddar och sovloft för 2 personer. Kuddar, täcken, sängkläder och handdukar ingår i priset. Självklart finns Tv, Wi-Fi och Bluetooth högtalare. Cyklar finns att låna, det är bara ca 10 min till Västervik Resort och ca 15 minuter till centrum. OBS! Huset har byggts ut 2025 för att få till ett ordentligt sovrum.
