Guests have the entire house. This farmhouse was moved from the original site of Manhattan in 1907. In 2003 we added a 2nd floor and many timber-framed structural elements. The house is approximately 1.5 blocks from a train crossing. For people sensitive to the noise of a train's whistle, we would recommend looking elsewhere. It runs through the night, mostly in the summer months. The house has no AC, temperature is managed by opening the windows at night and closing during the day and fans.
