La Bodega (the cellar) de Casa del río is an independent one-bedroom apartment with private bathroom, kitchen and living room, built on a ground floor. The kitchen is equipped to cook your own simple meals (but not oven/microwave). The apartment is basic and minimalist, but it’s also very comfortable and has everything you need for a enjoyable and simple stay. The apartment has views to the valley, a private terrace with amazing views and an independent entrance. You can also use the common areas and the big garden. Please be aware that the apartments do not have washing machine, TV or microwave/oven. If you can’t live without those, this may not be the perfect place for your stay. Phone signal and wifi work perfectly and are quite reliable. Casa del río is the perfect way to scape the noise and experience first-hand living a simple and sustainable life in an Asturias village off the beaten track. The property is ideal for people who want to be away from the noise and crowds, as it is quite isolated and the village of Xio has no services at all. Closest services are a bar/restaurant/swimming pool 10min by car, and shops, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station, etc…20min by car.

enthouse “Marisé 4” is a modern, functional, and bright apartment, ideal for both short and long stays. It features two double bedrooms with comfortable beds and individual air conditioning—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The living-dining area is spacious and also includes air conditioning, a sitting area, and a table for meals or remote work. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and utensils. The bathroom is modern, with a large shower and towels provided for your comfort. Located on the fourth floor (no elevator), the apartment offers direct access to a large outdoor terrace, perfect for sunbathing, reading, or enjoying panoramic views of the town. Although we don’t have private parking, free street parking is usually available right outside. If needed, you can also park for free near the port, just a 2 to 5-minute walk away. The apartment is located in the heart of the town, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a laundrette, and other services just two minutes on foot.

Podrás ver el amanecer sobre el mar desde el salón y la cocina y como va cambiando el color del mar y el bosque al atardecer desde las habitaciones. Atravesando la puerta que limita la urbanización ya estarás en medio del pinar y un paseo de tan solo 2 minutos te llevará a playas y calas vírgenes de aguas azules y cristalinas.

Santiago’s Apartment es un apartamento de diseño, en un edificio con portero físico 24h, en una calle con mucha luz y recién renovada. Garaje en el edificio. Y a 30 sg de la salida de la AP-9. Se puede ir a pie a c/ Príncipe, Casco viejo, el puerto… todo a un paseo. Las valoraciones son muy buenas, deseo que tú te vayas con igual sensación que las otras personas. Si te orienta para saber si es ideal para ti, los huéspedes han sido personas que buscan una estancia diferente a un hotel.

Somos una pequeña familia, dedicada fundamentalmente al campo, y que además de la casa en la que vivimos tenemos un PAZO del século XVI en proceso de reforma. Vamos poco a poco y actualmente alquilamos el que aquí presentamos. Nos adaptamos a los huéspedes y ofrecemos un entorno rural tranquilo, con la posibilidad de conocer nuestra granja familiar. Nos estamos iniciando en esto del alquiler vacacional y estamos descubriendo que nos encanta!

Ático con impresionantes vistas al mar. Consta de terraza de 30 metros, dos habitaciones con vista directa al mar, cocina, salón y un baño. Todas las estancias tienen vista al mar. Plaza de garaje y bajada a la playa de bandera azul. La habitación principal consta de cama de 160, la segunda habitación tiene una cama que puede quedar individual o doble de 160. La cocina con desayunador con vistas al mar. El salón con Chaise longue.
