Villa vacation rentals in Gaiola Island

I can’t say enough about how amazing the stay was for our family. It’s rare to find 5 bedroom with six bathrooms and it was amazing!! It was my son’s wedding and the terraces, kitchen, and view of the ocean and coast were priceless, not to mention the fireworks almost every night with a perfect view! We found ourselves up very late each night just lounging on the terrace under the stars, overlooking the ocean and coast and taking it all in!! Very responsive to any and all requests and questions that we had before, during, and even after the stay. It was our first visit to the area so we were hoping for the best but a little inside… my adult children said it will be a lifetime memory and the villa was a big part of that. We even managed to navigate well in and out with a 9 passenger van. Awesome! Greg W

Very much what we were looking for. Felt right at home. Pascal was informative and provided us with some local info that we used. He was great. Aside from parking being a challenge and connecting with host when we arrived due to poor cell service I would say this was a great choice.

It was a great time spending time at this place! The views and sunsets are just spectacular. The rooftop terasse is sublime and therés a great pool and patio area also! Paola is super nice and friendly! Great service from Don Giulio’s Luigi too! We asked them if we could have dinner there from their restaurant even though it was closed and they made it happened! Super service!! I recommand! Thank you Paola!!

Had a wonderful time! The landlord was always available, extremely helpful and friendly – you felt well taken care of from the first moment. The area is simply enchanting, quiet and picturesque – perfect for relaxing. The place itself was spotlessly clean, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you might need. We felt more than comfortable, almost like at home. There was nothing missing. Thank you so much for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

I spent two nights with my family in Francesco's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, especially outside. The interior is spacious, clean and with everything you need to spend a perfect vacation. Francesco has always been available and it has always been easy to contact him. We'll definitely be back!

This place was a beautiful oasis. More beautiful than the photos can show. It’s a perfect fenced property that our small dogs enjoyed. The house is really charming and tastefully decorated. The garden is huge and really tropical and well maintained. It was impeccably cleaned and well stocked. I loved staying here, thank you!

My family and I stayed at this location and it was a fantastic stay for our time in Naples. Everyone was taken aback by how beautiful and large the space was including the terrace. Dominico was very responsive and helpful. He even came to unclog a toilet for us. There is ample space for a large family to live and entertain and just enjoy the beauty of Naples. There's a great beach within walking distance where the locals go. They also rent kayaks there for the bay of Naples. The gelateria and cafe at the top of the hill are fantastic! Finally there's a pharmacy and a grocery store all within walking distance. There are 2 major businesses lines at the top as well. The only thing I would say to warn other guests about is the neighbor in the unit below. The best thing I can say is to keep the noise to a minimum as much as possible at night and simply ignore the woman below. Don't let her detract from your vacation because this house and location are wonderful. Thanks again Dominico!

Beautiful villa with large and excellent garden to relax and enjoy Bacoli bay. Excellent location with beautiful view of the bay and Castello Aragonese. This is the place to stay if you visit Bacoli.

Very nice villa!! My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the terrace was beautiful and we had plenty of space for everyone.

We had a wonderful time at the Villa , the place is Beautiful ,the location is just perfect. The view from the balcony is Indeed breathtaking overlooking the ocean . There is delightful private área for sunbathing . Everything we needed was avalible from the convenience of a washer to a fully assortment of dishes etc . This property is fantástic, highly recommended ! 5 start also for Jason , he was over our expectations . Thank you for making aour holiday the best one ! Will come Back next year for sure .

Positano Paradise! 🤩 Laura's Villa exceeded expectations! Stunning interiors, breathtaking views from the immense terrace 🌊🏙️. Exceptional hosts Laura and Luca were - responsive, helpful & provided insider tips on restaurants, beaches & local activities. Homemade dinner on the patio was a highlight with Luca and his wife🌟. Meatballs & local fish dishes were divine! 🍴 10/10 would stay again. Highly recommend for unparalleled beauty & hospitality ❤️. Perfect base for Italian getaway. Where do I begin? This was our best experience to date! Claudia’s love for this property shines through, and the thoughtful care and attention to every generous detail made our experience so memorable! From her beautiful, well appointed home to the stunning views and outdoor spaces - we soaked up all the gems she made available to us. Her hospitality was above and beyond, with a fully stocked pantry of delicious food to checking in on us each day, she gave us so much information to make sure we were set! To top it off, we were able to work with her personal and extremely attentive concierge, Aniello, who helped us plan our trip. It didn’t stop there, Claudia’s relationship with a local restaurant gave us access to a free shuttle and Aniello was responsive to every need. We had full access to her amazing hotel as well. This home is higher in the hills, but you can easily walk behind the house (it’s a bit of a down hill walk to a path) and in a few minutes you hit the cute town.

We loved our stay in Praiano. We enjoyed Praiano’s relaxed atmosphere compared to surrounding cities. There is no ferry or cruise ship dock in Praiano, thus it is much less crowded compared to Amalfi and Positano. It is very easy to take water taxi’s to nearby towns and attractions. The hosts were very accommodating and answered our questions, which helped as it was our first visit to the area. The villa is very clean, beautifully constructed and well appointed. We enjoyed our time on the patio, using the kitchen, and taking in the views. When visiting Praiano, you should be prepared to do a lot of walking and climbing stairs. We would recommend the Villa to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Marilisa! JJ met us and helped with our bags which was greatly appreciated. Annalisa welcomed us at their beautiful villa. The villa is very spacious and the outdoor space was gorgeous and so peaceful. And the views are amazing. JJ was very helpful in arranging transportation, and booked a wonderful boat tour for us too. The steps to restaurants are plentiful - we found them rewarding and justified eating extra knowing we would get our steps in : ) Would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful villa, wonderful hosts, and wonderful views : )

Great location and a hidden little gem in this area, the pool was a lovely extra aswell on hot days. would love to come back again. would highly recommend

Anna has an amazing space. It reminded me of a loft apartment I had in Brooklyn! She is extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. The directions she provided to drive to her location were spot on and she was even there to help guide us. Overall, the environment was a lovely oasis away from the bustle of the city but still close enough to enjoy the night life.

We booked for a 4 night stay in June, Guiseppina was always there to hand when we had questions leading up to our stay. When we arrived we were blown away with the views and the amenities the villa had. The hosts were excellent in providing recommendations within the area such as bars, restaurants and local excursions. We would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Carolina and her husband are very welcoming. They were full of attention to us (jam and orange pie coming directly from the garden,which offers an exceptional setting (swimming pool with views of the Vesuve.)Under no circumstances do we regret our choice. Do it again.

Incredible stay! However, be warned, you must be prepared to travel via taxi or have your own car! I unknowingly booked without realizing how inaccessible by foot / public transport this location is. But that was on me. About 30 min car ride to Naples. The space on the other hand is quite large, lovely, homey and romantic. The host is INCREDIBLE! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She offered to drive us to a pizza spot after our late check in, knowing that some of us were hungry. She even set up a taxi to pick us up from the airport, since she knows we don’t speak the language. Went above and beyond and felt so welcomed. All in all, great stay, phenomenal host, and romantic scenery.

A great stay at this welcoming and very well maintained villa. The setting is beautiful, with views of the Bay of Pouzzoles, mandarin and lemon trees. Quiet and far from the tumult of Naples, about twenty minutes' walk from a train station that serves Naples quickly via very clean and inexpensive trains. Pouzzoles also has the advantage of having very good restaurants (Diego Vitagliano, Terronnia...) and serving the islands of Ischia and Procida very easily via Ferry. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating on departure and arrival times. It makes you want to come back, thanks again!

Sergio and his wife are very welcoming. The space with an outdoor dining area was as expected. The pool is a real plus and big enough to hang out. Kids loved cats. We're hoping to be back!

The house is located in Meta town, closer to Sorrento, convenient transportation.The manager communicates very well, replies to messages promptly, and the house is clean and tidy.
