We've really enjoyed our stay at Vitalij's place. The location is perfect - close to the beach, to the lake, to the shop and not many tourists around. The communication was perfect and Vitalij managed quickly to deal with every struggle made by the covid-19. Btw. Vitalij's grandmother is wonderful. Thanks for everything:)

Hosts are nice and nice people They have a beautiful cat and a dog (the dog does not bother, she just sometimes comes to look at you ) Nearby there are two umbrellas (Mushroom) with tables where you can safely spend time in company ( up to 8 people with full comfort ) It's not so long to walk to the sea ( about 5 minutes ) There are a couple of nice places along the way that we had dinner at The bungalow has a lot of sleeping places - 6 people could fit there ( even 7 ) But for the full convenience of everyone - 4 people Shower + toilet is clean and working properly ( constant access to hot water ) The hosts were a pleasure to talk to We will come back as soon as possible

Just returned from a vacation from Abkhazia, we went to a group of 7 people; everyone loved the house insanely, they had a very active image of rest, this was helped by the hosts of the house, Fatima and Eric, thank you very much for their hospitality and help in general, they could always tell you where to go and see, helped with the transfer from the airport, always helped to order a taxi, if it was necessary, sometimes even drove us ourselves, which is very pleasant. I recommend to everyone this house)

The owners are really nice and helpful. The house is very lovely and quiet, in the georgian's backcountry.

Nini was very easy to communicate with. The apartment was beautiful and unique. Very comfortable beds. Two outdoor spaces, high ceilings. The kids absolutely loved the hammock above the table. The area is wonderful, close to the metro station and lots of great restaurants around.

It was absoloutley good(: Badri's family hosted us generously and warmly, the house was super clean and with nice room and a great balcony. this area of Senaki is relaxed and pretty, a short walk from the great market. we had a chill time relaxing from Svaneti's hikes and this was comforting and a great place for that.

it's a very cozy and cute house, clean and tidy, with all the necessities. it's a quiet and peaceful setting. the hosts are very pleasant and friendly people.

We stayed with a friend in this beautiful place in early June. When they say “price and quality matching,” that's the case. All for 100 points!!! The rooms are as pictured. There was no cleaner for our arrival, but this is not a disadvantage at all, since we can collect garbage ourselves and throw away, and we can make the bed)) Yes, there is no TV and some other things that usually happen in hotels, etc. But it's not necessary here, believe me! We came to relax and get excited, and staying at this place, we succeeded! The host was very responsive and took into account all our requests) For example, the room was cool at night,and we were given a heater that saved us) Every morning we were fed delicious breakfasts at Cafe Veranda(ground floor), we also had lunch and dinner there, everything was very pleasant! The guys practically fried barbecue with us))) Very friendly and polite staff, always the waiters chatted with the girls about something and giggled) Everything is top notch! The views from the veranda are gorgeous! And these bungalows on the side of the sea in general are something incredible! It's just a piece of paradise, nothing else)) Thank you very much to Alhas for giving us such an opportunity to feel the beauty of the holiday! That was super cool!!! We'll definitely come again! ❤️

That was a perfect place to stay for a couple of days. Clean, spacious, comfortable house with a beautiful and functional garden. It is a quiet neighbourhood, very close to the beautiful beach and well equipped grocery store. Host was kind and helpful. I wish we could stay there longer, but we had to catch our flight.

Very quiet and cozy, from the bedrooms you can see the sea and you can hear the sound of the sea surf! A large green courtyard, there is a grill and a summer shower.. The house has a fireplace, a lot of sleeping places, a washing machine, a cozy veranda.. There is a store and restaurants nearby.. The hostess is responsive and friendly! This house has only one disadvantage: there is no air conditioning!!!

We had a rest in early July in this beautiful house, with a hospitable and very kind host Vitaly. The house is located near the sea for 7-10 minutes on a very picturesque trail, the beach is clean, the beach is clean, the sea is also clean and emerald, it was a pleasure to swim. The house had 4 spacious rooms and kitchen of which 3 bedrooms with double bedrooms of dressers and wardrobes are all as described in the photo, spacious living room with comfortable sofa table and TV. Also a large kitchen with all household appliances. Bathroom with washing machine and hot water. The rooms are air-conditioned. On the street there is a spacious gazebo in which you can have fun in the evening and just sit back to relax. Near the house you can eat, two cafes and in 10 minutes there is a store, but you can buy everything in cafes at the prices of the store. In the vicinity there are 2 cities dry and New Athos it takes 15 minutes to get to them, there are markets of cafes, shops are actually all that can be interesting for a tourist, by the way, Vitaly always helped us to carry out a transfer there. Host Vitaly is a very hospitable and pleasant person. Helped in resolving all issues related to recreation, each of his advice made our vacation better more practical and interesting, especially we enjoyed our trip to sightseeing, in his big jeep he took us to all the sights and hidden places of beautiful Abkhazia, and having made time so we saw everything without crowds of tourists. We would like to thank Vitaly for a wonderful vacation of our company with interesting stories and care for us during our entire stay in Abkhazia.

You read reviews and think, "Book it or not?" Don't waste your time!) Book urgently. This is a mind-blowing place. The house is gorgeous. It has everything you need. There are a few things in the kitchen that I don't have at home( The hostess of the house is an incredibly helpful and kind person. Who reads up to 9 sentences in the review? Are you? Well, book soon! or I'll book) If I am lucky enough to come to Grigoleti, I will live here (I really hope). If I had such a house, I would not rent it to strangers). Thank you Olga. Don't waste your time_) Book There is a disadvantage to the property: at some point it turned out that you need to vacate the house( I didn't want to go home to myself. I wanted to stay here! It needs to be worked out somehow)
