RODEN BALKAN House is our renovated century-old house. It is from the Bulgarian Renaissance period and is over 150 years old. The house has preserved the spirit of the old times combined with the necessary amenities of the present. The first floor is the place for shared moments with friends. On a heavy table or on a soft piece of furniture by the fireplace with a good movie and a glass of wine. On the second floor are the bedrooms for our guests. We have 3 double rooms that use two bathrooms and one studio for 4 people with a private bathroom.

The villa has a bedroom with a king size bed, open plan kitchen, dinning area, a living room with two sofa beds and large terrace with garden furniture. The villa has gas central heating and wood burning fireplace. Our guests have an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna for private use and can also use an outdoor kitchen supplied with charcoal BBQ and electric grill. Dedicated office space at extra cost.
