Family Villa & Amazing Sea Views and Shared Pool

SofiaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The house is wonderful, spacious and renovated; the private, quiet and clean public pool (it doesn't make it from the photos). You have to use the car, but there are many unique coves and beaches nearby. The only issue was checkout which is not at 12:00 pm as written, but at 10:00 am, which created a lot of discomfort. In any case, knowing this, the villa is worth all the money spent.
A serene outdoor space features a private salt-water pool set against a backdrop of the sea and mountains. A shaded umbrella stands next to two lounge chairs on a well-manicured lawn, while colorful towels are casually draped on the grass.

Villa with pool and sea view

PaulRating, 5 stars33 months ago
Another great stay at Pietros place .As our previous visit we found the house well presented, very-clean and ready for our visit. I previously left a post two years ago about our first stay and not a lot has changed in our opinion. You find a well equipped kitchen, a spacious property that is now fitted with slide door mosquito nets which is a great addition . AC added to one other bedroom, one previous, and the pool area upgraded with a covered seating area where you can look out to sea or the hills opposite. My elderly in laws along with ourselves drove up and down the hill, mountain, not sure which! we had two cars . If you want to get away from it all , with a private pool yet 15 minute drive to the supermarket and beach beyond id recommend this place . A car , vehicle is essential for this home!! We also drove to Pizzo and had a day at Tropea about 1.45 in a car, easily accessed and well worth the visit for a day trip. Beaches in Amentea are sand covered and the sea is lovely with a gradient in the water that doesn’t drop off too sharply, in my opinion!. We used the public beach under umbrellas and occasionally went to one of the many restaurant, lidos for lunch. Parking is also easy on the roads opposite .We parked mainly in town as we were always late to the beach ,preferring poolside until midday , this meant that beach front parking had gone by the time we arrived.Even so a 5 minute stroll to the beach . So yes, if you like space, stunning views, a pool at hand and a quieter tranquil side to your holiday id recommend this home as there cant be many like it for location!

Bungalow n.2

AlejandraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My stay at the bungalow was simply wonderful. The place is very modern, comfortable and was spotless. The whole environment is a real garden. There are flowers, well-kept grass, animals and a connection with nature that invites you to rest. The views are beautiful, especially the sunset that can be seen in total tranquility from the pool, for example, which is in a closed area so you can enjoy it at any time of day. The location is excellent, very close to the airport, just 10 minutes away, and getting there is easy because it is well signposted. In addition, the host was very friendly and helpful at all times, which made the experience even better. Ideal for those looking for a quiet place, surrounded by greenery and with all the amenities. I highly recommend it!

farmhouse in the countryside near the sea with swimming pool

RaphaelaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Our stay at this Airbnb near Girfalco was wonderful. Tucked away in a rural setting, the property offered a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Every night, we could hear the wind whistling outside through the olive trees, which was very peaceful to fall asleep to. Francesca was a gracious host, and was always available for if we had questions or needed help. We had access to the whole bottom floor, which was quite spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of 5. The interior was charming, and the kitchen area was perfect for cooking and family gatherings. The wifi was a bit limited, but luckily we were able to use our phones as a hot spot. It was only about a 30-minute walk to Girifalco's local town for my husband and I - the roads are curvy with blind corners, so best to be careful or only drive if the kids are with you. If you're seeking a peaceful getaway immersed in nature's beauty, this Airbnb is a perfect choice. We would definitely come back again!

Very charming and responsive hostess! Rossana is always attentive. Gave us some great tips for sightseeing. The house is very big. Plenty of space for several families. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very convenient! Very nice countryside, minutes from services and shops in town. I'd love to go back!

RomyHouse b&b

KiaraRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Romy house is the accommodation you need for healthy relaxation; it is surrounded by greenery, in the morning when you wake up you will only hear the water from the stream and some backyard animals in the distance...I came with my dogs, Romina was super kind and helpful, she is also one of the few people who did not even ask me what size they were on the reservation The house is taken care of in detail and a particular praise goes to the bed that is super comfortable!!! Thank you very much Romina for hosting us 😘

my home is an old building

FrancescoRating, 5 stars57 months ago
The accommodation is arranged on three levels, with adequate spaces and carefully finished even in small details, the upper floor dedicated to the sleeping area has a large bathroom, the exposed stone and the large wooden beams give a sense of warmth, connection and respect for the place and its history, the contemporary furnishings chosen with taste, in their contrast give elegance to the entire structure and extreme pleasantness in staying there. The location is absolutely strategic, about 10km from the crystal clear sea of the Piana di Sibari, and about halfanhour to the evocative places of the Pollino Park, the village is embraced by one of the most beautiful "timpe" of Pollino, while being by the sea, living it gives back to those who stay there the beauty of the little things and a sense of humanity that fills the soul. The host was present and discreet, so it's practically perfect, it's a place we're already missing!
An outdoor space features a dining table with a floral tablecloth, surrounded by four chairs. A large umbrella provides shade, and greenery is visible in the background. The area is paved with terracotta tiles, creating a welcoming environment for gatherings.

Monticello’s Garden House

PaulRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We loved the place, the garden was spacious and private. There was no view from the garden itself, but just outside the property, views of the sea, the old town and the sunsets were excellent. The host answered all of our questions really quickly. Check in and check out was very easy too. We could park right outside the entrance. Only 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants, about 15 minutes walk to the beach.
A balcony view reveals expansive sea vistas, featuring a small table adorned with a lace tablecloth and two glasses. A pair of cushioned chairs is situated around the table, providing a serene space to enjoy the outlook. The backdrop highlights the calm blue ocean and shoreline.
