Cabin of 100 sqm on the peninsula Stångehamn. Located 7 km south of Oskarshamn city center, in a safe summer cottage area. Private jetty in a quiet bay, a stone's throw from the outer archipelago. Several swimming areas nearby. It's 70 meters to the boat and the dock that belongs to the cottage. Ask the host if you are interested in using it during your stay. Rowing boat, canoe and bicycles are included in the rental. Motor for boat can be rented for SEK 100 per day + gasoline. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 100 per guest. Note: no Wi-Fi

The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. The area is called Dragskär. The "island" is connected to the mainland via a small natural pier and short bridge. Road goes all the way to the house. Here starts the marvellous east coast archipelago. From the big 20 sqm sun lounge/patio you have a direct splendid view of a small bay in the Baltic sea.

History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 man small cottage so then used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now a storage room and grain warehouse. In the early 1980s it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the shore.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.
