Access to downtown entertainment areas takes approximately 30 minutes by train from Ichinoe Station. ■ Access to Tokyo Disney Resort By car: Approx. 15 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland Direct shuttle bus: From the bus stop “Furukawa Shinsui Park,” located on the road directly in front of the villa, • Approx. 25 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland • Approx. 35 minutes to Tokyo DisneySea (depending on traffic conditions) ※The villa is a convenient base for visiting both Disneyland and DisneySea over two days. ■ Property Overview Maximum occupancy: 1–8 guests For more than 8 guests, an additional fee of ¥5,000 per person per night applies. Infants under 1 year old stay free of charge. Blankets, pillows, and sheets are provided for the sofa beds. Bedding is prepared according to the number of guests. One set of sheets is provided per bed. ■ Pool Information Availability: May to early October Depth: 1.1 meters In May, June, September, and early October, the water temperature is automatically adjusted up to 32°C. However, due to outdoor temperatures, the water may feel cooler on colder days and swimming may not be comfortable. In July and August, the pool heating function is turned off. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August. However, for safety reasons, they will be removed during rainy weather or strong winds, even if you are using the BBQ area. ■ Amenities & Facilities Amenities: Toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairbrush, razor, slippers, coffee, tea, mineral water Towels: One set per guest regardless of length of stay (1 bath towel & 1 face towel per person) For additional washing, please use the coin laundry next to the nearby LAWSON. My grandfather runs a traditional Japanese tea shop, so Japanese culture has always been close to my heart. I decorated this room with special attention to detail, hoping to give guests a small but memorable taste of Japan during their stay. 【THE ROOM】 This is a private 19㎡ studio apartment located on the ground floor, with no stairs required. The room features Japanese-inspired décor, tatami flooring and a low bed, creating a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. The low sleeping area and tatami also make the room popular with families travelling with young children, as little ones can play close to the floor and there is less concern about falling from a high bed. The entire apartment is exclusively yours. Nothing is shared with other guests. 【BEST FOR 1–2 GUESTS】 For the most comfortable stay, we recommend this room for 1–2 guests. The room can accommodate up to 3 guests, but please keep in mind that it is a compact 19㎡ studio. For 3 guests, one guest will sleep on a traditional Japanese-style futon placed on the floor. This also works well for children, as there is no risk of falling from a bed. If spacious accommodation is your priority, this room may not be the best choice.
