Whooping crane nesting nearby and over 450 species of birds migrate and live in the area. Fishing and boat ramps along the water and in Goose island state park. Goose island state park and Fulton have lighted piers. Great fishing under the Copano bay bridge. There are 2 queen beds, air mattress will fit in living area.

Entire inside has just been renovated with new flooring, windows, window coverings and paint. Also a new refrigerator and sink. Recently both bathrooms have been renovated with new showers and vanities.
