Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Fujikawaguchiko, Minamitsuru District

Great stay with 4 friends. Much better than we expected. Will stay again for sure next time we are in town from Tokyo.

This stay is absolutely perfect. A perfect, beautiful home that’s a literal skip away from the Mt Fuji Welcome Area. The home was perfect and as described and our host was amazing at what he does. He came and picked us up from Fujikawa station and then drove us back when it was time to leave. Please let him come get you if he offers, you’ll need it! He then provided us a tour of the home, perfectly explained all amenities and how to properly use them. Please respect the home, it is very old and he worked very hard on it. We will be booking this home every time we visit Mt. Fuji in the future!

家族三人（シニア夫婦・デザイン会社勤務の長女）で過ごしたが、日常とは異なるロケーション、空間の中で、心身ともにリフレッシュ。 初日・2日目途中までは、雨天であったが、好転しオプションのBBQグリルをも利用でき、肉・野菜・シーフード・フルーツを堪能。伊東の海岸をのぞむことができる景観は、最高だった。日曜日の朝、そよ風が心地よくまさに、「森林浴」を、見晴らしのよかったこの大磯で体感できた。 　室内は、ところどころデザインに気遣った点があった。「見える必要のない」スイッチや扉・冊子の開閉口、カーテン、ロールスクリーン、照明器具などなど。機能面と死角を活用した工夫がなされており、居心地の良さを引き立てるものだった。昨秋、家内と南欧を訪れエアビーを転々としたが、トイレ・バス・水回りなどよかったポイントをこちらでも垣間見ることができ、何か懐かしい場面にも遭遇した。 備品類は、文句なし。蚊取り線香には助かった。雨が上がり、BQQ後にひっそりと花火大会も、しっとりとした中で実現。 勿論、異なるシーズンでリピートしたいと感じた。冬に薪ストーブとサウナ利用もよいだろう。 同時に、色々なエアビーをこれからも利用したい想いが増した。その場所に適した空間と時間を提供してもらえることに感謝したい。　お世話になりました！

リビングから富士山が見えて、絶景でした。焚き火台周りやリビングから出られるウッドデッキなど、写真通りにとても素敵でした✨また、マットレスがふかふかで寝心地もよかったです✨

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the terrace — the view of Mount Fuji was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the scenery.

電線などで富士山が遮られるものの景観を楽しめる。バーベキューをする際は隣人の方の事を気にしなければいけない。隣人の方は迷惑そうにこちらをチラチラと確認しているようで少し気を使った。

Our stay in Hakone was very pleasant. We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which had a great atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner were offered on-site, which was both convenient and delicious. There’s a cozy shared lounge on the ground floor, as well as a terrace with a beautiful view of the Japanese garden – a perfect spot to relax. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly come back.

直前の予約でしたがすぐにお返事いただけ安心できました。案内の用紙もチェックインもスムーズでわかりやすく、キッチンやお風呂も必要なものが揃っていました。宿の宿泊者は焚き火台のレンタルや薪無料、および清潔なリネンが嬉しかったです。部屋があたたまっていたのも配慮が嬉しかったです。お世話になりました。またいきます。

Katsuhiro was amazing. He personally drove our things back to us when it was hard to get a taxi and made the stay wonderful. The location is beautiful, and the room was spacious and clean with refrigerator, sink, and very comfortable bed. It is so cool how they have animals around you can interact with and the beautiful Fuji view!

From all places that i have stayed during my trip, this place is the best. The amenities and furniture provided was clean and comfortable. The house vibes was very chilly and relaxing. I loved that its in the 1st floor, so no need to struggle with carrying heavy luggages. Its also nearby to train station, even with heavy bags, its okay. I will definitely repeat this place again.

Very nice staff and perfect location to hike Fuji/see the falls. It was more of a hostel style for the rooms but still very accommodating. Would absolutely stay again.

感谢我隐形工匠的房东！房间虽小，但设施齐全且用心：阅读台灯，大皮沙发座椅和靠垫以及电磁炉都是绝佳配置。尤其房东提供免费状态良好自行车要多夸几句，让我能在沼津市购物用餐以及去车站方便好多，骑车在大街有一种宾至如归的感觉。总体而言，这是去御殿场购物，去箱根泡汤，去远观近瞧富士山，以及去伊豆半岛的性价比极高的民宿。

One of my favorite places I stayed—not just in Japan, but anywhere I’ve traveled. I came alone, but the peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful design, and beautiful surroundings made me feel completely at ease. If you love art and nature, this is the place to be. Hakone has so much to offer—hiking trails, historic sites, outdoor museums, quiet gardens, and relaxing onsens. Even though I met people mostly outside the guesthouse, there was a real sense of warmth and openness everywhere I went. The guesthouse itself is clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. I slept on a traditional Japanese futon, which was surprisingly one of the most restful nights I had on my trip. The whole space just feels good to be in—calm, welcoming, and well cared for. Everyone I interacted with was kind and accommodating without being overbearing. I honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. It’s the kind of place I’d love to come back to with friends, and one I’ll keep recommending to anyone heading to Hakone.

Our party of 8 (one infant and one preschooler) has a wonderful time in this property. the house itself was in a quiet and peaceful location just less than a minute drive from the lake. the kitchen was well provided for and the living area expansive enough to fit the entire group. we had bbq dinners with a decently stocked supermarket just under 10min drive away. in a clear day you can see the peak of mt fuji from the balcony. the hosts were very thoughtful and the baby cot was comfortable enough for the little one. one of the highlights is the hot bath and the sauna, both of which were used on both nights. we would love to come back and stay again if we have the opportunity! the hosts were very responsive and very easy to communicate with. a big thank you for making our stay memorable.

Phenomenal property. Perfect home for my huge family of 9 with 3 kids. The 2 private onsens were well loved by the family! & don’t get me started on the breathtaking panoramic view of the Hakone mountain range! 5/5 would recommend this property to anyone!

清潔で広く豪華な別荘といった感じでよかったです。旅行中は乾燥機がある方が便利だと実感しました。テレビがうつらなかったのですが、レコードをかけたり家族で遊んだり逆に良かったです。事前に虫はいると覚悟して行きましたが、蟻や小さな蜘蛛程度で私にも対処可能でした。 遊ぶ場所も車ですぐあり、2泊でしたのでもっと長く滞在したかったです。

とても素晴らしいお部屋をありがとうございました。

ホストの方も丁寧で親切でした。 充実した設備でゆったり時間を過ごすことができました。

Good stay

Love this beautiful house. We are lucky to have two beautiful day to see the full Fuji mountain from the back yard. The house is better than I expected. It’s spacious and has everything u need well prepared. of course most important is the huge backyard with the view of the Fuji mountain. So rare and beautiful. It’s a perfect getaway from the city life. I also really enjoyed the bathtub. Water power is great.

閑静で緑豊かなプライベートヴィラ、心からくつろげる空間でした！テラスや室内すべてにおいて非常に綺麗で清潔感があり、とても心地よく過ごすことができました。犬はテラスでくつろぎ、人間はリビングの暖炉で温まり、各自癒やしの空間を楽しみました笑　オーナーのAkaneさんには非常に丁寧にご対応いただき、チェックインも柔軟に対応いただき大変助かりました。また機会があればぜひ宿泊したいです。今回はありがとうございました！
