There are old Japanese "row houses" in Nishinari-ku, Osaka-shi.We designed a unique accommodation in T2P Architects, a disciple of the world-famous architect Tadao Ando.The outline of a small roof harmonizes with the appearance of the neighborhood, and a metal facade creates a contrast with the surroundings.At the same time, the concept of “shared housing” blends privacy with a central garden to facilitate interaction between residents. Our building has been awarded with numerous honors, including the ArchDaily 2023 Annual Architectural Nomination, 2022 Good Design Award, Korea's space magazine January 2023 issue, and Wallpaper Magazine's November 2023 issue.

The nearest subway station is Higashimikuni which is on one of major subway line in Osaka, so it's easy to access a lot of popular and famous places! It takes 5 - 6 min walk from the station to the apartment. There are convenience stores, grocery stores and local restaurants nearby! Our room is located in Yao Osaka prefecture. It's a quite and safe place where there are lots of families in the neighborhood. It's between Kintetsu-Yao and Kawachi-Yamamoto station. It takes about 15minutes on foot from both of the stations. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls near the station. Our room is modern Japanese style, and Host lives next door. Please don't hesitate to ask us anytime.

Our guesthouse is located in the old town called Nara-machi. There used to be many traditional wooden townhouses known as Machiya. We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden.
