This is my uncle Happy's place. It is in historic downtown Southport. Walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and the Cape Fear river. Located on a quaint alley just off the Main Street of town. This happy little cottage is nestled amongst large live oaks and in the shadow of Southport's iconic water tower. The home has one bedroom with a queen bed. The living area has a twin bed and two chairs. There is a full kitchen and small bathroom. Southport’s beautiful waterfront and parks await.

THE BEACH HOUSE on SNAPPER is located on the beautiful, quiet end of the island! The House has 2 bikes to enjoy the family friendly streets, outdoor shower, beach towels, a cart with 2 beach chairs, and an EZ tent for shade/self tap umbrella! There’s a Guidebook on the Airbnb site for great restaurants nearby, coffee at beach. The Tiki Bar/Ocean Grill is a short walk along the beach for sunsets, evening cocktails, and eats out on the pier! So much to experience and explore, Come, be our guest!

The perfect place for some peaceful R&R with private beach access! Our beach is never crowded — even in the summer, as we're on a stretch in the middle of the island that's sparsely populated with just one row of houses (& adjacent homes aren't rentals). Contemporary décor. Unobstructed ocean views. Private hot outdoor shower. Home is updated on an ongoing basis. Always something new... :) ***Not yet accepting reservations for 2026. 2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.
