Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Fryeburg

We had a great stay. Our kids especially loved the hot tub and fire pit and the cozy bed upstairs. Beds were all very comfortable and clean. Host was responsive and left clear instructions. We would have loved to stay longer but it was still great just for one night.

Beautiful home on beautiful property. We came to see the autumn colors and the trees surrounding the home were so vibrant! Quiet, calming and relatively close to a lot of great things to do. Everything was very clean and it was nice having separate bathrooms upstairs. There was a light musty smell mostly on the main floor that people with allergies might be sensitive to. Also to note, the main house and the guesthouse are attached, but there is a private driveway coming from Munsey Hill Rd to the guesthouse that wasn’t clear on our phone maps. Overall a great stay and great home!

Had a great stay for our Waterville ski weekend. Jacob was very welcoming and responsive. Location very convenient to the mountain. Comfy family room to relax in after a day on the slopes with the gas fireplace!

We had a great weekend in Alton at Liz’s place. Liz was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip - and the house exceeded our expectations. Definitely the highlight of our summer.

This home was perfect for my family during a difficult time of grief. All of my adult children and I had our own sleeping spaces. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, dining, and living areas, and especially the ping pong table. We would definitely recommend this home to large families.

Absolutely perfect! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings! Roomy and clean and had everything you could need. Loved the windows and the views from the windows! Harry and Bonnie were just the right around of friendly; they were nice and interacted with us but not at all intrusive! WiFi worked great but I really enjoyed not having a tv, we sat around in the evening having a glass of wine and playing games. Our daughter recently moved to the area so we would definitely love to stay at the cottage again!

Beautiful home, beautiful area. We had a great time just staying in and watching movies. Dogs enjoyed the big yard just as much as we did. Would definitely stay again.

Great cozy place for a weekend getaway. Very walkable to downtown and Old Port areas. Everything was clean and comfortable as described in the listing, and we loved sitting by the gas fireplace! Dan was a great host and very proactive in communications and responsive if we needed anything.

Valle and David were the perfect hosts and we had an amazing stay. We also got to use the hot tub which was such a treat in the cold weather. Dave and Valle went above and beyond - from leaving little chocolates treats for us to enjoy upon check-in, to very thoughtfully offering to extend our stay for a few hours until the roads cleared out from a the overnight snow storm. The location was ideal for the Fryeburg Fair and for hiking Pleasant Mountain, and the views of the Franconia Range and Presidentials was superb. The Airbnb was spacious, inviting and comfortable. Sue was friendly and helpful.

Relaxing. Great get away for a couple nights. Quiet with a great view.

Very convenient to everything that Portland has to offer. Street parking was available within a block or so no matter the time we looked. If you are over six feet tall, the ceilings in the bedrooms might feel low.

My kids and I had a great time skiing and Daniel’s place was cozy and welcoming to come back to. We had what we needed and the place was clean and host was friendly. Walkable to so many things, too! For a quick trip where we were out and about for most of the day, this was a prefect place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The Air BnB was convenient to any place we wanted to go. We were able to walk to dinner our first night there, which was nice. The bed was comfortable and king size, which was a requirement.
