Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sand beach. Floating dock with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Planned salmon. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, tv room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

My wife Lollo and I welcome you to our newly renovated cottage from 1870, located in a well-preserved and beautiful turn-of-the-century environment. Here you can relax and enjoy - quiet location. You will have access to our private homeland park with barbecues and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wifi is available. On the plot is also an 18th century house you can look into. It is 12 minutes into Nybro and 8 minutes to Orrefors with Orranäs glass cabin and swimming lake.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

Stay near Lake Alstern with a fantastic view of the water and pine forest! The apartment is secluded, attached to the owner's house. It is a small accommodation, 35 m2, fully equipped. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and room for a crib, kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa and TV, and bathroom with shower and washing machine and changing table. Sleeping loft with a bed and mattress. Large balcony. Plenty of room to park the car. Boat with small motor and fishing license included.

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe i Natursköna Fröseke. I Villa Frost har hela familjen gott om plats och med sitt stora allrum finns plats för flera familjeaktiviteter samtidigt. Boendet med 3 st separata sovrum är även mycket lämpligt när man arbetar i trakten. På baksidan finns det en altan med en gräsmatta i anslutning vilket gör boendet mycket barnvänligt. 200m från Villan finns det badplats, lekplats och en multiarena. Boendet är mycket tryggt och barnvänligt.

The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Kvarnstugan

Kvarnstugan ligger i Fröseke i hjärtat av Småland. Alldeles utanför stugan rinner Alsterån förbi och i dammen vid ån finns en brygga med båt som gäster kan använda. Stugan är en av de äldsta byggnaderna i byn, har bastu och plats för upp till 8 gäster. Här i Glasriket kan man inte bara besöka glasbruken med deras designhistoria, utanför de varma hyttorna finns orörd natur, sjöar, kulturhistoria och 40 minuter bort ligger Östersjön. Välkommen till Fröseke!

Nice house in Linneryd near the Lake & the Forest

Stay comfortable in a typical Swedish house from a small village where you can enjoy Swedish nature, Småland lake and Kronoberg forest 🌲🫎 🎣 Mattress are new :-) Some precision on equipment : Barbecue is miniature. Computer screen for working is 22". Ink printer is available but the ink may be paying. Maintenance on bikes is not garanted. The main bathroom with shower is upstairs but the bath is in the basement.

Cosy holiday cottage in nature reserve

Experience the beautiful nature reserve Lövö. An island with walking trails, fishing grounds, woods and several bridges. The area has a diverse animal habitat. You will stay in a traditional Swedish cottage with a fantastic view over fields. The cabin has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space and a toilet. Two bicycles are included and there is a canoe available for hire.
