For the best value booking a two night stay offers up to 25% discount. It is located right in the center of the Coles Bay Village, 200 metres from the waters edge. It is a 2 minute walk to local cafes and shop and 4 minutes walk to the waters edge. The apartment is purpose built and is registered overnight accommodation with the relevant government agencies.

The Cabin

Beloved cabin on the edge of the National Park. The Park starts where the deck ends. 100m to the beach on a direct bush track. You can hear the waves from bed, and with no buildings or streetlights between you and the park, the sky is a wonder at night. Perfect base for exploring or staying in. Uninterrupted views of the mountains, cosy living area with warm lighting and an efficient wood fire, simple kitchen, sunny bedroom, and a deck with a clear view of the mountains you've just climbed.

Rosella Cottage

Rosella Cottage, circa 1900 to 1920, is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage with loads of shack atmosphere, comfortable and set on a spacious block of land. Located in Swanwick, is a 10 minute drive to Coles Bay and the National Park, 500 meters from Swan River Jetty and boat ramp and minutes from Sand Piper Beach where glorious sunrises and sunsets can be viewed. Our Unit is centrally located with great views. Self contained, at end of a quiet street, suitable only for 2 people. We also live on the property in a separate house. The Unit is at the side of the main house and very private. Please note that we offer multiple night discount. Free Parking between big shed and accommodation unit. Very close to Freycinet National Park (Wineglass Bay), Douglas Apsley, Vineyards, Natureworld, & local Penguin tours.
