Vacation rentals in Fremont County

We booked the day before we arrived. We had questions about being able to park a 50 foot rig so we had to communicate with him prior to booking it. He was quick to respond and the parking was excellent. Easy in easy out and extremely well lit. Despite being well after dark, we went for a 2 mile walk. Of course we took a flashlight because it was dark. But we felt safe in this semi industrial area. The pictures did not do the room justice. It was much nicer than the pictures. High ceilings Everything you would need for an evening and even though the bed is a little bit high, there is a single 12 inch step in the closet. Just look for it. It’s there. It was only a couple of minutes off the highway. Will be back through in June and plan on staying again thanks Jack.

We loved our stay. Ms.Lona was very friendly and had coffee made in the mornings. She also made muffins and cinnamon rolls for us. My only suggestion is that she makes it clear in the description that cats do live in the home. Even though she has an air purifier she uses and it works great, had my son been scared of cats like he was in the past, it would have made a very unpleasant stay.

My wife and I had a great stay at Whispering Pines in the Arbor Room. Jeanna was very accommodating, responsive, and helpful. The room was clean and fit our more "natural" taste in decor. The hot tub was great for a relaxing night after dinner, the deck was perfect for a delicious summer breakfast, and the grounds were gorgeous with the blooming flowers.

Beautiful, simple, quiet place to get away and relax. The space was exactly what we needed and hoped for. Quiet town with so much character and Jeanna's food and hospitality are above and beyond. We will likely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Whispering Pines! The bed was so comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast on Sunday was incredible - cream cheese stuff French Toast with Blueberries and Oranges - WOW!! Jeanna was a great host and and gave us wonderful recommendations on where to eat in Nebraska City as well as good insight into museums and shops! We had a perfect relaxing getaway - got to enjoy coffee and 60 degree February weather on the porch - highly recommend!!
