It is a beautiful property with a very nice, big garden with different areas ideal for relaxing and eating outside. The house is spacious and comfortable fully equipped for a long stay. Lucia and her husband are great hosts, responsive and kind. They waited for us for a late check in due to trafic delays (Lucia’s husband drove us to find a restaurant still open late at night) and allowed us a late check out to accommodate our schedule. The communication with Lucia was a pleasure.

A pleasant time with the family in this very pretty property, spacious and in a relaxing setting. If you are looking for tranquility and calm, this place is for you. The pool is perfect. And our hosts were adorable and welcoming. We very much validate this stay

Just returned from a wonderful 11 days at the villa. The accommodation and grounds were more than enough room for all 9 of us (5 adults 4 children). The villa is super clean, nicely presented and situated in a beautiful rural location, which is very accessible from one of the main roads. We loved the large pool and there was plenty of room poolside for the kids to play football and have fun. It was also very safe for our adventurous two year old. Kathryn and her husband were first class hosts, providing us with useful information, sweet treats, and allowing us to pick fresh fruit from the farm. They were attentive to our every need. We also enjoyed using the barbecue, watching the sunset and having walks around the farm. Piazza Armerina is a nice, quiet little town. There are some good restaurants and people are very friendly. We also visited Taomirna, Enna and Caltagirone. It was a perfect getaway and we would definitely book again.

The place is amazing and well equipped. The outdoor area is fantastic. It is all private, extremely well kept and the views are amazing. The pool, outdoor lounge area, the front patio and the outdoor kitchen area are all comfortably furnished and pleasant. There are lots to do with the pool, giant chess, football court, darts etc. At the same time the small authentic village had ice cream, small grocery shop, pizzaria and another small restaurant within walking distance. We loved our stay and the host was extremely helpful.

The perfect place to forget about everyday stress. You feel at home with an incredible view. Also great for 4-legged friends. An experience that must be repeated. Friendly and discreet host, clean pool daily.

Beautiful villa, ideally located about twenty minutes from Catania. The accommodation is spacious and well-appointed for large families. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this villa and hope to be able to return next time.

We had a lovely week at the villa! Private and quiet, cozy house, and very nice pool area. Has everything you need for a relaxing holiday ;) You need a car to get around. Nicely situated to visit other towns - we drove to Catania, Taormina, Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa and Modica while staying at the villa (Catania is only a 20-25 min drive, the longest drive was 1,5 hrs to Ragusa).

This is a charming Villa. You get a feeling of staying in some boutique hotel. Breakfast is amazing and the grounds very nice. There still is some room for improvement though. Some parts of the surroundings seem a bit neglected. But overall a great stay, that I would recommend to others as well.

Good accommodation for visiting the area, convenient and pleasant!

We arrived in Piazza Amerina early in the evening and found this Villa on Airbnb and it stood out from all the other places so we booked it on the spot. It was literally 2 minutes from town and easy to find and from the moment the gates opened we were impressed, so much private parking available, so much space, shaded seating and beautiful gardens. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who checked us in quickly and we were soon in our large room with all emenities described. The large bed and supersoft mattress was well recieived after a lovely shower with hot water and good water pressure with plenty of clean towels.We chose to dine at the Villa, a lovely fixed 4 course meal utilising fresh ingredients grown in their own gardens. Breakfast was a vast array of home cooked sweet cakes plus bacon and eggs, cereals, fruits, yogurt and beverages to suit all tastes. Wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely return when next in Sicily. Absolutely loved this place.

This is one of the most wonderful places I have been to. So calm and peaceful and the staff is the friendliest and kindest I have met on Sicily. So responsive and attentive in the best way. It felt like we came to a friend’s house. The staff were so friendly and kind. This was truly a pleasant (but way too short!) stay! The pool was awesome and our kids enjoyed it so much. The food was so good and fun to explore new tastes. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Until next time! ❤️
