My two girlfriends and I had a wonderful two nights in the countryside, with so much thought and care put into our stay from our hosts. Arriving after a long drive we where welcomed with cake, tea, eggs, treats, everything essential to a comfortable first night and morning. Our booking included an entertaining and fun evening cooking local dishes with Nino and Dina and we enjoyed a lovely night together round the table with amazing food and drinks and sharing stories. What a pleasure this was and a great start to our holiday and to Sicily! We know some of the prior reviews mention the neighbours dogs barking, this was the case on one of the nights and sorted out with some earplugs, so we would advise this. It did not spoil our stay at all and we left full of joy at having met such wonderful people and having had such a great time. Thank you to our hosts for looking after us so well and we would recommend you book this wonderful experience if you are in Sicily!

Vi elskede at bo i lejligheden. Den var meget komfortabel, helt stille og med skøn beliggenhed. Gagliano Castelferrato ligger tæt på og er en meget smuk by. Der er et godt, lille supermarked i byen. Vi besøgte mange interessante og flotte byer i området. Vores værter var utroligt venlige. Tak for et skønt ophold!

Der Hof liegt traumhaft schön in der hügeligen Landschaft. Jetzt im Frühling hat alles wunderbar geblüht. Es ist ruhig wir konnten schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Dorina hat uns sehr gut bekocht und wir haben die Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen!

Luigi and his team are extremely flexible and kind hosts. I felt like at home. The place is perfect for exploring the area, especially with a motorcycle (on and off) road. Highly recommend the place!

La casa del luppolo est un lieu magique et enchanteur , tout ici est beau et propice à une réelle déconnexion . Nous avons passé une semaine hors du temps chez Flavia , accueillis comme des rois ( fruits frais, huile d'olive, ricotta fraiche du matin , biscuits , ... ),sans oublier la bienveillance et le sourire de notre hôte . La villa del casale à visiter absolument est toute proche , ainsi que Caltagirone et la belle campagne du centre de la Sicile . Nous y retournerons surement !! Mille merci Flavia !!

Lucia ist eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin, die alles dafür getan hat, dass wir uns in ihrer schönen Villa rundherum wohl gefühlt haben. Ihr Haus liegt ruhig auf einer leichten Anhöhe, von der man den Blick weit in die umliegende Natur schweifen lassen kann. Es bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten und ist mit Liebe zum Detail gemütlich eingerichtet. Großzügige Terrassenflächen laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein. Hervorzuheben ist Lucias wundervoller, gepflegter Garten, in dem Palmen, Kakteen, Kastanien-, Nuss-, Orangen- und Zitronenbäume und viele weitere mediterrane Gewächse gedeihen. Fünf Sterne sind nicht genug - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Just returned from a wonderful 11 days at the villa. The accommodation and grounds were more than enough room for all 9 of us (5 adults 4 children). The villa is super clean, nicely presented and situated in a beautiful rural location, which is very accessible from one of the main roads. We loved the large pool and there was plenty of room poolside for the kids to play football and have fun. It was also very safe for our adventurous two year old. Kathryn and her husband were first class hosts, providing us with useful information, sweet treats, and allowing us to pick fresh fruit from the farm. They were attentive to our every need. We also enjoyed using the barbecue, watching the sunset and having walks around the farm. Piazza Armerina is a nice, quiet little town. There are some good restaurants and people are very friendly. We also visited Taomirna, Enna and Caltagirone. It was a perfect getaway and we would definitely book again.
