Cozy house in a quiet setting overlooking fields with a rich wildlife in a hilly terrain (Åsted Ådal) A large south-facing wooden terrace with a parasol, barbecue and plenty of opportunities for relaxation. The house is on 2 floors, where the lower floor contains a large open kitchen/living room, living room, bathroom, play/children's room, entrance, as well as laundry room with laundry facilities. The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a balcony on the 1st floor, where coffee can be enjoyed with views over the countryside.

Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has sea views. There are terraces and balconies so there is a possibility of sun morning and evening. There is an outdoor shelter, fire pit, barbecue, children's area and outdoor hot tub with a constant temperature of at least 35 degrees. The villa is completely renovated in 2020 and consists of the best materials. There are for the villa bla. 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets with bla. The villa is also close to the city center and harbor. Car can be rented.

Welcome to our rich and charming holiday home in Denmark with short distance to all city amenities. 500 meters to the newly renovated Sæby swimming pool. Sæby Torv, the beach and the harbour are in short walking distance. Across the road you will find Söja's best bakeries. Great patio with barbecue and lawn, play and ball games. Lots of bikes available. Electricity and heating, TV and internet included. Parking on the property's property with room for two cars. Ideal for families with young children. Clean up after agreement.

Beautiful villa with heated pool and lovely garden environment.

Have a wonderful holiday with your family in a lovely home with a wonderful garden environment. You will find, among other things, a heated pool (May-September), a wilderness bath, a trampoline, basketball, a Weber grill, a cat that lives outside, and a nice garden room where meals and the bright evenings can be enjoyed. The villa is 160 m2 and has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms and kitchen. There is a washer and dryer. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from cozy Sæby by car.

Perfect home, close to lovely sandy beach, unique nature and cozy, small but lively tourist town. The city is located 20 km from Skagen and Frederikshavn. It contains both grocery stores, Restaurant "The enjoyable" Serving specialty beers in "The Tiny Beer House", as well as several specialty shops. Close to Råbjerg mile, a unique nature experience. If you are into forest by bike or hiking, Aalbaek sand dune plantation contains 4 well-marked routes in a nature that is not seen anywhere else in small Denmark.

This spacious luxury summer house is located in North Jutland south of Skagen at Frederikshavn. From the accommodation there is a short walking distance to Rønhavnen, Palmestranden and the Golf Course. It has a lovely sea view from the roof terrace.
