The apartment met my needs, I took my family on a tour and needed an apartment with space and security. Everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Marcio is very nice, he forwarded tips on restaurants and places to visit in the city. I highly recommend it!

Poliana was extremely attentive and friendly since the first message exchange, and in person it was even more. He gave us great tips regarding the tours and was always available, since he lives in the apartment next door. As for the apt itself, it is very spacious, airy, with two balconies, comfortable beds, and very clean. The location is excellent, on one of the main avenues, and although there is no garage, it is on top of a commercial point with cameras and in front of a gas station that has surveillance, so we leave the car on the street with some tranquility. We highly recommend Poliana's place and plan to return soon.

Our experience at the apartment was great! The apartment was super clean and organized. Location is great, right in front of the central square. The shower, the bed and the pillows were excellent! Air conditioning worked perfectly. It had good privacy. The garage was accessible. It had a ramp, but nothing that made it difficult to get in and out of the vehicle. In addition, before booking, I read reviews saying that the apartment had a lot of noise because of a restaurant that was on top of the room. We stayed on Thursday and Friday and in neither of the two we had trouble with sleeping noises (some chairs dragging, but nothing too much). At the end, the listing is according to the location and the price very good for the comfort of the apartment. As for the kitchen, it is quite simple, but equipped with the basics. Microwave and stove works perfectly. 2 suggestions: Leave a bar soap in the bathroom for guests' bath and a mirror in the bedroom.

The value is very good, offering great cost-benefit. The accommodation is right in the center of the city, close to everything. Above the apartment is the host's own restaurant, making meals easy. The only thing that could improve is the water flow in the shower, otherwise everything is fine.

The location of the apartment is strategic, in the center in front of the church pyramid square and tower. Close to everything. Robson was attentive when we needed to trigger it. The place is simple, but it has all the features we need in the short stay we had.
