Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Frederick County

Our stay here was excellent. It is so spacious and pristine and Martin and his wife are wonderful hosts. While we had no problems, I did reach out about a couple things (possibly extending our stay, what all was in the kitchen as I had to prepare food for a wedding, etc) and every time I got a very prompt and helpful response, which meant the world. We will definitely be staying here for future trips.

A wonderful stay in historic Winchester, VA. The space was exactly as listed, and such a cool, unique, historical residential building to enjoy during my stay. Kim provided great recommendations for local spots, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, and was a stellar host. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location was safe, had off-street parking, and was very walkable- and worth a mention the bread/pastry shop recommended just a couple blocks away was amazing! I’d absolutely recommend a stay here for others exploring or passing through.

We could tell how much TLC was poured into it. Thanks for the awesome communication before and during our stay. **I did want to make note of a few things for future guest** If you are much over 6 feet tall, there are a few places you'll need to duck. My husband hit his head on a pipe in the hallway a few times before he remembered it was there. Also, just remember that full beds aren't as long as queens and kings. The kitchen sink water gets REALLY hot, so use cation. The shower had wonderful pressure and great temps! The bed was comfortable. We did hear the animals upstairs some in the night. It didn't bother us, but if you are sensitive to sound, make note that this is a basement rental and you may hear some above you. The TV doesn't come with cable or rabbit ears, you must log into and log out. Overall, it's unique!

The most convenient stay I have ever had!

Great place to stay while visiting Stephens City, VA. The basement was spotless and we immediately noticed that it had been recently cleaned; fresh and airy. This location is easily walkable to the historic city center where you will find antique shops and restaurants. We contacted the hosts during our stay and they were very responsive to our questions. This would be an ideal location for a long-term stay.

What a cozy, beautiful place! We felt right at home here and didn’t want to leave. We loved being greeted by the chickens and having them escort us to our car 😆 We also loved enjoying our morning coffee on the deck in the rocking chairs. The bed was so comfortable, the bathtub was great for a nice soak on a cold, wet night, and the water pressure was great too. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much as the accommodations were clean, quaint, and a perfect location for walking to local restaurants and shops. Avery was a great host with quick communication. We would highly recommend a stay here. We will surely be back!

This gorgeous and massive space is great for large gatherings. Wifi connection was excellent and even accomodated video conferences. Gorgeous view. Some items in the kitchen were dirty (dish towels, dishes, etc.) and we had heating issues that were solved - nothing worth leaving anything but 5 stars. Overall, would recommend.

Absolutely beautiful home and location. Host was very responsive, helpful, and attentive during our stay. We definitely would love to come back during the warmer months to fish and hike. The local butcher had delicious steaks that we cooked on the grille, got live bait from the gas station down the road, and the Mexican restaurant in town was absolutely delicious. Wonderful experience and stay for the new year. The fires and smores by the river were our kid’s favorite thing to do.

Beautiful views and very peaceful to get away!

My nieces and I had such a relaxing time at Julie's house! The place was super comfy and welcoming—perfect for lounging around and spending quality time together. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up, which made it really easy to feel at home. The location was great, we were able to find a local pizza place, diner and even a tea room. We will definitely be back!

The place was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. The pool was still cold but the kids loved that it was open already and my wife and I appreciated the hot tub after a long day of traveling. The sound of the highway is noticeable, but after a day you get used to it. The yard was private and sat back away from the road which was nice for the kids to play in. If we find ourselves in Virginia we would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house and Suranny was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean as can be and very spacious. Lots of natural sunlight and a wonderful covered porch to sit out on. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay in this charming cottage! The location is ideal for walking—- either around the neighborhood or downtown. We loved the charm and cozy atmosphere and spent a lot of time on the sun porch too! Can’t recommend it highly enough and look forward to staying here again

maries place is a charm. spotless, nice decor, updated floors and kitchen. Located in a beautiful, tucked away area. Very peaceful and quiet. More house than I needed, but was mot dissappointed
