Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

We had a great time staying here for our family celebration. The house and garden are well equipped. Good location, especially for evening walks to see amazing sunsets. Sarah was so helpful accommodating our requests and recommending local places to eat. This is such a good starting point for visits around the island.

Another fantastic stay at The Salt Shack! We absolutely love it there, each visit has been consistently successful, the house has been beautiful and clean with great things for kids to do. We struggled to leave as my 3 year old announced she “wanted to live here forever” and wouldn’t get in the car! It really is a fabulous place to stay and has plenty to do in the local area, the beach is an easy walk and Chichester is a short drive away. Highly recommend The Salt Shack! We’ll definitely be back again! ☺️

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was quiet and convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. Just a couple of small suggestions: adding a curtain or blind to the front door would help with privacy, and the internet connection was a bit slow for streaming YouTube on the TV. Other than that, everything was great—we really enjoyed our time and would happily stay again. Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay in this spacious, comfortable and stylish home. Everything was exactly as described and more. Bread, butter, milk and wine, as well as an earlier arrrival time, was much appreciated. Very speedy responses from Geoff to any queries we had. Great house and host. Fantastic modern lodge, very well equipped with everything you would likely need, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Peaceful site, dog friendly (dogs to be kept on leads which is a huge plus) and we would 100% recommend a stay here. We will be back!

What a truly beautiful stay. The cottage was so clean , bright, everything you needed, plenty of places to go and things to do leaflets. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . You are surrounded in nature and wildlife , its so peaceful and the Red Kite feeding was absolutely out of this world The garden and woodland is fantastic , there is so much to see as you walk around . There is a beautiful terrace to sit and look at the views and watch the birds . Outstanding. Marley and his Grandad Fred are wonderful and so very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so amazing .

We really enjoyed the stay, it was just what we wanted, a little break and breathing space after a serious health diagnosis. It was quiet, maybe the time of year. Staff around the place were pleasant and helpful. The beach was really close and almost deserted, we went every day. My daughter and grandson used the pool, which they said was lovely. My only complaint would be the quality of the mattresses, sadly really uncomfortable,also, not sure if it just how it always is but the toilet didn't flush well, we used a nearby toilet for anything more than a number one(sorry if that's gross)

We loved staying in the boathouse. Ideal for a family with children. Wonderful location looking over the creek . We didn’t hear the ferry which is 5 minutes away. We liked the sound of children playing on the other side of the creek. The pool area was recently upgraded. The property is well equipped and comfortable. Catherine was an excellent host who looked after every detail professionally.

We loved the lodge and this was the 2nd time we had come back. The windows were filthy, and there was cobwebs inside and out and just wasn’t very clean. We came back as the first time we thought it was beautiful. The skirting boards and bathrooms were grubby. Apart from it being dirty, for the amount charged, would have thought it would have been as nice as the first time we came.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

The Coach House is a wonderful home with lots of character and charm. It was very comfortable and all the amenities made it a true home away from home. We loved the fact it was set over four floors making it feel so spacious. Fabulous that both bedrooms were on separate floors with their own bathrooms as well as a separate toilet in the basement. It felt warm, cosy and welcoming. A lovely bonus having a private courtyard outside kitchen door which thanks to lovely weather we made the most of. The location is perfect as it’s quiet and peaceful yet only a very short walk to all of the attractions. Luke and Lindsay were great hosts. Excellent communication and updates. Would highly recommend.

The stay is fantastic and peaceful. cleaned and well maintained.

Really nice apartment and excellent host. The apartment felt very comfortable. The couch could be upgraded, but the bed was really comfy. Liked the style of the apartment too. Probably not an issue for most, but there are some steps to go up to get to the apartment which is on the first floor. There was a minor issue that came up and the host quickly responded and got it corrected. He even got us some extra things we asked for right away. I really think he wants you to have a good experience there. As for the location, it is very close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation. The bus stop is a short distance away that takes you to the tourist areas. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our third stay at Lauralee House and it is a great place to stay in a very central location. The flat has everything you need. The bathroom is full of the aroma of all the wonderful body washes. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with essentials and all you need to cook a full meal. The beds are super comfy and we enjoy lying out on the sofa in the evening to watch cable or Netflix, with such a great choice of channels. Thanks for another great stay.

Beautiful place to stay in. Location is amazing as is the house itself. Close to many great pubs and restaurants, as well as being 5 minutes to the beach front. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

Lovely property in walking distance of the coast. Plenty of room for our family get-together. Clean and very nicely decorated. Super responsive host - would recommend!
