The space is on the 4th floor, it is divided into 3 rooms, with 1 bedroom with matrimonial bed, 1 bedroom with sofa bed and large recreation area with sofa bed , dining place, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with shower cabin. Car parking can be done in front of the free block.

Modern Studio Apartment was recently fully renovated and is set close to center ( 5 minutes walking) with free WiFi. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a smart TV 2022 model with Digi and Netflix, a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. A fridge, an espresso machine and microwave are also offered, as well as a kettle. The hallway has a hanger, a storage bench with cushion and a wardrobe with mirror.
