Vacation rentals in Franklin Pierce Lake

Myself and 2 daughters loved staying at Rob's house. We went for skiing and it's very convenient to get to the local ski hills. There was plenty of space for the three of us; it was clean, cozy warm and very comfortable. Rob is very personable and responsive; loved chatting with him! We will be going back again this year if we get the chance at another ski weekend. His place is also in a prime spot for summer, something we'll consider if we decide not to do tent camping. Overall 5 stars for us.

Truly wonderful home. Spacious and clean. Perfect for two families of four. The jacuzzi is a great perk. Plenty of parking. The town is quaint and lovely with a great deli for early morning coffee on way to ski, also the tavern in town is very historic and has great food and ambiance. Overall I give it five stars and look forward to staying again.

We had a great stay! The hosts were so kind and communicative. The Airbnb is quite nice, very clean, and close to anything you’d want in Henniker. The town is so charming, and we had a blast skiing Pat’s Peak. We will definitely return!

This is the second year we stayed at Paradise on the Pond, a great spot to access both Pat's Peak and Crotched Mountain Ski resorts. Cynthia was very accommodating of some changes in our schedule due to my upcoming surgery and she provided an extra very comfy blow up bed for a 3rd guest. Thank you Cynthia! Hope to see you again next year!

This is a lovely home right next to Gunstock. You can see it from the windows. I rented this house to celebrate my husband’s birthday with another couple. There are games, cozy furniture and a very well stocked pantry with items like flour and salt and pepper that you can use which was an added bonus. There was a little problem with the hot tub and John was very responsive and helpful and was very fair in making it right. I would definitely stay here again, maybe in the summer so we could enjoy the beautiful deck!

Ivorlie’s home was everything my family needed. Set back in the woods, quite and easily found. We really enjoyed being able to sit in the living room being warmed up by the pellet stove. The yard was perfect for the kids to run around in and just be. Being able to walk down to see natural waterfalls or something that I really enjoyed. The house was pristine, and had everything we needed. Ivorlei was fast to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away from the norm!

What a find!! Rick's place is a great 100+ year old house that was exactly what we needed. My wife and I were visiting our son in Brattleboro and wanted extra room in case he wanted to crash with us for the weekend. This house was perfect. The extra bedrooms were there if we needed them. It was a Home away from home. I loved the old house feel with all the modem amenities. We will definitely stay here again.

My wife, two young kids, and I spent a blissful weekend away at Lucas' home in Danbury over Indigenous Peoples' Weekend. The house was perfect. A fully stocked game closet (including Catan!), the hot tub under the stars, a few brisk family swims in the pond, and a clean and comfortable house. The kitchen has everything you need and more for cooking family meals and the screened-porch is perfect for morning coffee. Most importantly, Lucas was responsive throughout the entire weekend. I had a few questions about local stuff and he responded right away with great advice. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and we would very much like to return.
