We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Another great weekend at Ed’s! It was our group’s second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first, which is to say—a lot! Ed is very considerate and responsive, and there’s plenty to do for everyone. We are already looking forward to next year!

Me and my family had an awesome stay. The house was great with lots of space and places to sleep. We were 8 ppl and there was more than enough room. Garage/game room was awesome I just wish it was insulated with some heat we had to wear our coats to be comfortable, of course the weather was 26F so it was expected. The rest of the house was warm and cozy. I would love to rent this same house in the summer it must be amazing with the view of the lake. One more thing is although there are 2 bathrooms its more like 1 because the second bathroom upstairs has a little door that leads to the room with the 4 beds so the other people not staying in that room didn’t use that bathroom to not get walked in on unexpectedly. Overall I still gave this place 5 stars and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed and the host is very responsive and accommodating.

Host was friendly and helpful. House is located in an area close to a great grocery store and lots of shopping. It,s also not far from the mountains for those who want to leaf peep in the fall. The house is cozy and has everything you could want, just have to bring yourselves.

We really enjoyed staying here. Worked great for our family of five plus two grandparents, the one room is off to one side of the house. We used it for Boston plans, as it was more affordable than staying directly in Boston. About 50 mins into downtown. We also really enjoyed it as an opportunity to get to beautiful Maine coastal towns in just over an hour. The hot tub was clean and in great shape. Would stay here again.

Had a quick weekend getaway at Keith's place. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and great communication.

Accomodations exactly as shown in pictures. Kitchen is definitely well equipped with all of the essentials and more. Ice cream shop right next door is great and The Lobster Pound on the other side is excellent. You can walk to shops and restaurants downtown but we had no problem finding parking in the evening so we could enjoy the awesome restaurants.

Had a wonderful stay here, perfect location and was able to enjoy the sounds of the ocean the entire time. Would definitely recommend staying here and I’d look forward to being here again in the future. Thank you so much!

Out of the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, this one has been my favorite! Sharon was very accommodating, left the best personal touches, and was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for you & your loved ones

Great House with a big backyard and deck. The home is in a great location with views of the ocean. Sandy’s place was perfect for my group and I . Easy parking for 3 sedans. Piano was a nice touch and was perfectly in tune for such a humid summer.

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

I went with my friends and it was fantastic! The surrounding area as beautiful and the added amenities really made the stay special for us.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Host was incredible — when we couldn’t find some of the cooking appliances we needed, they got them delivered so we could use them :) Also generally very responsive and helpful! The house itself is really nice and cozy and the area has lots of things to do as well (especially if you like nature). Highly recommend!

This place is great! Exactly as described inside, clean & well-appointed home. Everything is labeled very helpfully and all amenities were available and clean. Hot tub is inside a sweet little screen tent that allows for extra privacy which is much needed as the next door neighbors are very visible/present next to the outdoor space. The washer and dryer were new, the fridge was very new and had an awesome ice dispenser with 2 types of ice it automatically created. Don't let the house rules shy you away. This host is through but very kind and professional. The only downside of the entire place is a rather complex air conditioning/heating system that I found diddicult to understand but also made it uncomfortably hot throughout the night and there are signs everywhere instructing not to open the windows at all which was odd. Overall this place is so worth it, if you're staying in Keene and need a larger space, this place is perfect.

FAV SPOT!!! 2nd visit (2yr ago - we visit our college kiddos :-) views are amazing over the harbor out to the gulf of Maine... Easter so all kinds of weather - exciting New England! ;) Sunsets astonishing + rainbow! Gaby is so responsive, place is btr appointed/clean/stocked than home! right on any Qs/needs 👍 kiddos could even bake together :) temps 30s to 80! glad we brought swim suits + hats :) Wonderful to have a place to dig in the sand, find shells and jump in the waves :-) it was pre-season but rented dble kayak from awesome fellow who runs North Shore kayak :-) totally rec them! we love to paddle that peaceful gorgeous cove (pick your timing - not always peaceful... ;) also love: touch-aquarium in Glouc, walk to salt Island, Woodmans/dairy maid :) train to Boston/aquarium/see kiddo at university :) if any physical challenges chk w gaby bout the stairs she guided us last trip GPs did ok - thank you Gaby for helping our family to make wonderful memories at ur blessed place! 🙏

Absolutely incredible place! Tons of room, bathrooms for each bedroom was a big hit. Amazing location. Views were magnificent after 8 inches of snow and some freezing rain. Perfect excuse to not leave the house and enjoy the peaceful serenity over a nice margarita. Fall views must be totally awesome. Don’t need to bring anything except you, your friends and some food. The home has everything you need, all set and ready to go, and I mean everything you’ll need. The house manager Teri was an absolute peach. Her connection to the house and knowledge of the local history was amazing. 5 STARS doesn’t do this place justice. Already planning a return visit.

Stayed at Kathy’s place for a long weekend to visit family. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed. The trails were great for hiking & the hammock was a nice relaxing touch. Very quiet neighborhood, perfect place for a peaceful getaway.

Jon’s space was very clean, private, and presented a “wow” factor in every direction I turned. Very well thought out; a truly transformative experience!

It is beautiful to be able to stay at this house and be near the woods and hiking trails, but at the same time the only minutes away from the beach. The house is beautiful and the porches where our favorite places to listen to birds.

We were in town for a conference so great space to hangout at the island or the couch. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Decor was a little funky (still had Christmas items end of March and way too many fake flowers). House was clean and quiet and perfect for what we needed.

This is a lovely place for a get-away time. It's very comfortably furnished, spotless, and in a beautiful area. The kitchen is one of the most adequately equipped of any Airbnb place we have stayed in. The hosts are super responsive and helpful!

My college girlfriends and I wanted to get away for the weekend to somewhere cozy and peaceful. This is exactly what we found at Genevieve's place! In the freezing cold of a Northeast winter, we found warmth and comfort in this home. All spaces were clean and stocked with essentials. The provided space heater was put to good use as the snow fell outside, creating a magical atmosphere. Speaking of magic - the quick walk to the beach was a DREAM in the snow. It felt like we were wandering through a winter wonderland, to be greeted by the vast ocean on the other end. Genevieve was super helpful and responsive to all our needs and some unforeseen winter surprises. Everything was managed efficiently and promptly. I look forward to returning again in the future!
