House vacation rentals in Franklin County

This was a very nice place we really enjoyed the stay and had a great time. We came in April so the pool was ice cold and hot tub needed fresh water but everything else was wonderful we would stay again.

Great place to stay in Kennewick. We locked ourselves out of the house and Whitney showed up with the key very quickly.

Kymm’s house was perfect to our friend groups trip to Tri-Cities. Big and spacious with good sleeping arrangements for all 9, and the big party room with a long dining table was awesome to have everyone together for dinners. Appreciated also the gas and charcoal grills and other amenities that made for a great weekend. And conveniently located close to few restaurants and Costco etc.

Great stay. Izzy was a responsive host and accommodated us by letting us check in early. The house had everything described in the listing. Overall, it is a safe and comfortable place to stay.

Hosted a retreat for out of town doctors, what a gem! Pinterest beautiful house with all the extras you could ever want. Every detail was through about and the host was so helpful and friendly, she made easy to enjoy her beautiful space. They can't wait to come back.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the place and were super impressed with all of the rooms to hangout in. It never felt tight or overcrowded. Really hoping to stay again in the future when the pool is complete. The addition looks amazing and is definitely going to make it a go to destination even more!

Had an awesome stay in Pasco! The place was clean and cozy, and the host was really friendly. Loved the snacks left on the table such a thoughtful touch. Everything was easy and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

This house was perfect for my family. Very spacious and well equipped with all we needed. The neighborhood was beautiful, we felt very safe to walk around and explore. I highly recommend.

If you need a place to stay in Pasco, this place was more than adequate. I had to travel with a few people for work and found the Airbnb clean and well furnished for us to comfortably stay there. Only real complaint is the front bedroom is noticeably colder than the rest of the interior.

The best thing I can say about staying here is that every Airbnb host & property should be exactly like them/it! We would absolutely love to just keep you guys a secret!

Herman's place is situated in a truly beautiful neighborhood. Everything is impeccably clean, making it the perfect place to stay and explore.

This was a great place for our month stay. Well stocked kitchen and linens. The host is very responsive to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding views and beautiful house.

2nd time staying here while in town for a race. Place is as described and has a lot of room for our truck and trailer to be parked. Had a hard time getting in but the host was quick to answer and we ended up figuring out the problem that we didn’t realize we had two different codes sent to us - we failed to try the 2nd one at first - once we did we got in just fine.

Very lovely home with great amenities and some great hosts. It was really easy to check in to the house and get settled in. I'd recommend staying here to anyone who is wanting to stay in Pasco for a night or even a weekend. Very clean and had great directions on what to do when checking out of the Airbnb. Had a blast and a great night sleep while I was there five stars from me!

We’ve stayed at many wonderful air bnb places over the years and I can easily tell you that Teri’s place stands above them all. From the communication up front to the details when we checked in, there was never a moment where we had to wonder about anything. The house was perfectly appointed and every detail has been thought through. On top of all that, Teri and her husband were friendly (they live next door in a separate residence) and we visited with them a few times. Friendly but totally respectful of our privacy. Just book this house. Unless it’s a weekend when we’re traveling to the tri-cities because we’ll try to book this first every time!

I felt the home was very peaceful to stay at. The owner was quick to respond to any need. Openly welcomed the guest with a hand written card. Home was extremely clean. There is private parking around the backside (for large truck owners be advised, it is a tight squeeze but absolutely doable)
