Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Franklin County

My husband and I stayed here with my parents and our pup for a week long vacation and we absolutely loved the house!! Amanda was a great host who was very quick to respond if we had any questions during our stay. The home was very clean and so cutely decorated. One thing we all loved were all of the real plants she had throughout the home! The large dining room area was where we spent most nights playing cards around the table. Overall, we loved the quiet neighborhood, being so close to the downtown area and the beautiful Capitol building! We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay at Vernon’s place. He was very responsive to a last minute reservation due to an issue with our booked Airbnb that ended up being a scam. The house was perfect for our group. There were fun activities for the kids and plenty of room to entertain our after UK graduation group. Fenced in yard was perfect for our sweet dog! Beds were super comfortable! We will definitely be staying with Vernon again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. This is the perfect place for a family weekend getaway on the Bourbon Trail. There was plenty of space for our group of seven and the location can’t be beat. This is enclosed proximity to downtown Frankfort and walkable to most of the shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing I would note for future guests is that no toiletries such as soap, shampoo, etc. are provided so be sure to bring those yourself. There is plenty of cookware if you are cooking at the property, but again be sure to bring things like olive oil, seasonings, etc. if you plan to cook. Definitely recommend a stay here and will come back!

Great location. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and stores. Short drive to several distilleries. We were two couples. One couple took the upstairs bedroom and bathroom and the other stayed downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and outdoor space was great. We definitely recommend Yesenia's cottage when exploring the bourbon trail and spending time in Frankfort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Eire cottage. The location was perfect for us and our dogs. The cottage had the best view of the creek. The cottage had more than enough amenities. The location near Frankfort offers plenty of places to see. Brandon was an outstanding host and very responsive. We loved the personal touches such as the snacks and hand written note. We also really loved the hot tub overlooking the creek. We would definitely love to stay here again.

The home is as described and looks like the pictures . The bunk beds worked well for the grandkids and the room had a tv for them. The living room/great room worked well for the family together . Nice deck in back for family to gather . The home is about a 10 to 15 minute drive to area restaurants , grocery and other activities in the area. The host/manager were very easy to communicate with .

Such a pleasant experience. Start to finish. House is charming and comfortable. Comfortable for 5-6 guests. We enjoyed the game room. It was easy to locate kitchen items because of the labels on the cabinets. The charming house is located in a central location to shops and restaurants in Frankfort. We already booked again!!

The first Airbnb to exceed my expectations. Very clean. The pictures are the first on Airbnb that don’t make the place look bigger, I was very surprised when I arrived, there is much more common space than I thought. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and have been done well. This was a very comfortable place to stay. Would highly recommend

This was an amazing place to stay. Everything was thought out and executed to a T. The house was very livable with many upgraded amenities. I would, without hesitation recommend to friends and family. Wayne was responsive and quickly addressed all questions. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in!

My Old Kentucky Home hosted by Shane was a wonderful place to stay! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The amenities on site were amazing. The hot tub and pool were all set and ready for our group when we arrived, which we appreciated greatly. Communication was great, and Shane was on top of everything. Our stay was wonderful and we would love to come back for another visit! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Lexington area.

Our stay in the motor coach was great. Such a beautiful place and the motor coach itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. And Travis was great, he offered to FaceTime before check in to go over everything in the rv to make sure our stay was great.

Toni's place was just as expected and was perfect for our Derby weekend stay. The backyard is peaceful with beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed watching the Purple Martins flying in and out of their bird house.

Harrison was an amazing Host! The house was immaculate and had everything you could want to feel at home and relax. This is a premier spot to take your family for Visiting the gorgeous and historic Lexington. Thank you so much for an amazing place to gather as we celebrated our son’s graduation.

This barndominium was a perfect spot for our group's annual golf trip. The living areas were incredibly spacious, the covered outdoor patio was a great size for hanging in the rain or sunshine, and there were plenty of beds on which to rest our heads. The property was well described and met all of our expectations, and its seclusion in the Kentucky horse fields added a memorable ambiance to the weekend. It was also nice to have easy driving access to Midway, Lexington, and even Louisville for a nice day trip. We would highly recommend this place to anyone gathering with a large group of friends or family.

Great house located in Frankfort. Close to good places to grab lunch/dinner. Also close to major distillery’s. Definitely recommend staying here

Teri was great! Communicated quickly and fully. She even took care of a package I had delivered during my stay. All around great host!

Logan went above and beyond when the Kentucky river began overflowing near the house. He quickly coordinated another location so we would remain safe and made sure the unexpected change was as easy as possible. The entire stay exceeded expectations.

This was a wonderful stay! There were so many small details to help make it feel so cozy and like a true home away from home. Would definitely recommend!

This would be our second time staying here and it was wonderful! The host was very responsive and friendly, the house was super clean and just how we remembered it last year. When choosing place to stay we knew we had to stay here. Not only was it a homey feel but we were able to bring our fur babies which is extremely important to us. Super quiet location and in downtown. We will definitely be back and when we do come back we will be yet again staying here. Thank you so much again. We had an amazing time on this much needed vacation right before our first baby gets here.

Great place to stay. Feel like you’re far away from town but it’s really not far. Very hilly terrain to get there but so beautiful.

Myself and three friends stayed at the Stagg House during our visit to the bourbon trail. Private and peaceful location along the Kentucky river. Perfect place to stay during our visit to the area.
