The apartment is on the third floor under the roof (no elevator) and is heated by a manual pellet stove, which can lead to additional costs in the off-season. So you should bring warm sweaters, because when it's very cold outside, some rooms in the apartment can be cooler than others (the large living room is difficult to heat when the temperature drops significantly, but is still great for dancing and letting off steam).
