Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Possibility to borrow a boat is available. 25-30 minutes by car to Vimmerby, Astrid Lindgren's world and Bullerbyn. 35 minutes to Eksjö wooden city, about 12 km to Mariannelund. (nearest grocery store) Emils Katthult about 6 km. Among other things, two national parks, (Kvill and Skurugata), nearby with nice walking paths. Flea markets. Lovely nature outside the house for forest excursions or swimming and fishing.

A classic cottage with a lot of culture and tradition feel added with a modern kitchen and bathroom area. Amazing location in the middle of the Småland field and hagmark. The cottage is connected to the village of Sönnerhult but in a private location so you can only see the village in the way. Suitable for everyone in a village that has everything from Astrid Lindgren's world to excursions in Hultsfreds Festival tracks. Nearby there is moose park, swimming areas, summer cafes, adventure park, Emil in Lönnebergas Katthult and farm shops.

Stuga Ragnhild by the lake Nerbjärken with rowboat

A perfect vacation getaway in Småland where you can enjoy what the lake and the forest has to offer all year round. It is situated about 13 km from Hultsfred Centrum at a forest farm called Brunsviks Gård. A small rowboat is available for you during your stay. A tasteful cottage with double bed in a sleeping room and up to five madrases on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay. You are welcome! 25 minutes to Astrid Lindgrens World. Guidebooks on the surroundings are available at Basebo förlag.

Welcome to Drängstugan! A charming, tastefully renovated house with a lot of space, in the middle of the Småland forest, 7 km from Mariannelund. Similar to the farmhouse Emil's friend Alfred lived in, but much more modern inside 😁 It is a large leafy plot that is shared with the host's house. Nice to just enjoy the house, sit by the patio or walk in the forest. A bit away along the gravel road, you have magnificent views.
