Our place has the best of both worlds, located just 5 minutes drive from Franz Josef but in a completely rural setting. The views of the Southern Alps on a fine day are second to none. Enjoy the panoramic mountain views on the deck for breakfast, or take in an amazing sunset in the evening. This is a brand new house, with comfortable furniture and everything you should need for your stay. We leave guests to enjoy our house in peace but live nearby and are available by phone if you need us.

The Tower is a comfortable two storey, seperate building with an upstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It has excellent views of the sea and the Southern Alps. A warm, cosy and quiet space with a private garden. Free Wifi (system fully upgraded August 2021) Downstairs is the living room / kitchenette area. Upstairs and downstairs are connected by external stairs (see photos). Awesome outdoor bath - great for stargazing (new Aug 22). There are balconies on three sides of the tower.
