There is also A playground and basketball courts right down the hill.

We discount rates for: Weekly (15%), Monthly (20%), 12-week+ (38%) stays A simple Montauk home with an arbor enclosed property & large deck. You are renting the entire main floor. Basement is owner occupied & has its own separate private entrance. The main floor has two bedrooms that have a king & a queen bed, so this house is best for 4 people max. The common area is comprised of the living room and kitchen beneath a vaulted cedar ceiling which makes for a great space for hosting guests.

Great beach house close to Ditch Plains beach with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 queen beds and 2 bunk beds, deck, barbecue, outside shower, huge yard, recreation room.
