An old house attached to the CASA GRANDE (advertised as CASA GRANDE DE JUNCAIS) transformed into a small independent apartment, Casa do Meio has 1 bedroom with a toilet, a living room with a kitchenette and a salamander, and can accommodate 2 people. Guests will have access to the game room, billiards, ping-pong, foosball, bicycles and swimming pool. Guests are provided with information about places to visit, where to eat, which way to go... and someone from the House is always around for any support that is needed. It is located in the center of the village, constituting one side of the main square, in an area of 5444 m2. Located in Serra da Estrela, a few kilometers from Penhas Douradas, in an area of Castles and Historic Villages, where it is possible to hike on signposted trails, venture into Paragliding (in the neighboring Historic Village of Linhares) or cool off on the river beaches of Mondego and Zêzere. Casa do Socalco has a beautiful private heated pool (from May to the end of October). With contemporary decor and remarkable comfort, it is perfectly framed by the surrounding nature. The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
