We had a great time at Monica’s place. A very beautiful, peaceful, and enchanting place. The garden is extremely beautiful and perfect for breakfast and enjoying the sun. The views from the 2nd garden were also breathtaking. The area is very peaceful, historic, and beautiful. The hosts were very kind and responsive too. Very recommended and the price is worth the quality!

Daniele and Sandra are a young couple who, despite having only recently started hosting, have proven to be at the level of those who already have experience. They were as professional in their punctuality and precision in their answers as they were kind in providing directions and suggestions, and they were available for dialogue and present but without any intrusiveness. It was nice to chat and discover similarities in our thinking. Living in the house, unexpectedly even more beautiful than in the photos, was comfortable in every respect, also thanks to the presence of a sweet cat that welcomed us when the rest of the family was absent. Thanks and goodbye!

My stay in L'Aquila was really pleasant. The villa I stayed in was not only very nice and practically new, but also extremely comfortable with all the amenities available. Its location close to the center has made travel very comfortable and allowed you to fully enjoy the beauty of this city. The interior of the villa was cozy and well cared for, offering a relaxing atmosphere after the days spent exploring the area. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place to best experience the aquilana experience. A tip only for the host, attention to bed linen.

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casale Sabina Valley. The farmhouse is charming and the private pool gave us many hours of fun with our little ones. The area is so quiet and the views and stars are stunning. Boris could not have been more helpful and responsive before and during our stay. A lovely touch was him digging out a box of toys for the children to play with which they loved. Highly recommend for a homely authentic Italian experience.

The Villa is a great house with one of the best views on the lake. It is spacious, has great outdoor spaces, and has nice furniture and art throughout. Location is great as it is close to Scanno piazza but also near the highway to Sulmona and other towns as well. Hosts were great as well.

We stayed here on the weekend and it was a very pleasant stay, beautiful house well furnished and very accurately clean in every detail. Comfortable covered parking, fantastic house location, impeccable cleanliness, very warm house, nothing is missing to spend a stay with all the comforts of a mountain home. Finally, Lavinia, the owner, was very kind, precise and always active for any request. We will definitely be back

Simona was very considerate and thorough and Daniela was a huge help on site. The place was beautiful and just as the photographs suggest. I’d surely stay there again.

This is a wonderful property. Huge, really good quality equipment/furniture. Bedrooms really big. It’s been beautifully upgraded and with a new pool overlooking the beautiful vineyards it’s fab. Massive ping pong battles and a bit of Pool on the large table. It’s peaceful. You need to drive to local village but Catignana has a nice weekly market in a lovely old town. The local supermarket Tigre is pretty good for anything you want. The grounds are amazing. You could easily host a lively wedding here (assuming they allow it). Host was lovely.

Highly recommend this home; the owner has done an amazing job with the decor. The photos on-line are a true reflection of this beautiful home. Plus the views are spectacular! Very peaceful. Luisa was very responsive and met us at check in. I requested an iron as we were attending a wedding and our dresses needed a quick press from the luggage. Luisa made it happen.

Rented for the "100 days at maturity" to spend some time together, we could not have made a better choice. Spectacular house, many common spaces where you can spend time together and have fun, kind and friendly owners... if there are other events of this type I would not hesitate to return with other friends. Definitely perfect for being with a big family too. Below photos of the nice stay❤️

Villa Broccastella was exactly what we expected and so much more! The views, the amenities, the villa all of it were exactly what we needed for our stay. We were able to enjoy downtime or host a dinner for our family. Frank was very responsive (within minutes of an inquiry). I would highly recommend Villa Broccastella to anyone looking to enjoy the area. We would stay again without hesitation.

Great house, quietly located with lots of privacy, great views. A few degrees cooler than on the beach and a slight wind, so even in August high summer it was great to bear. Lots of seating options around the house. Mega great pool with diving board. The house offers everything you need. We would definitely come back.

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Carla was always reachable via phone and Airbnb messaging for any questions. Through this way I would like to thank Carla for this unforgettable holiday and the nice communication. Idyllic, rural house in a non-touristic region made for a very peaceful weeks holiday (It is a drive that required pre planning from Ciampino airport but google maps got us there) The house is exactly as shown on the photos. Modernernised but rustic and spacious with fabulous views. We travelled with our 2 teenage boys who loved the big pool and the basketball hoop. (The gardens are very well maintained by a groundsman who lives quietly upstairs in a separate apartment) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. We only shared the pool with the main house on the property for 1 morning of our 7 night stay and they were very nice. We used the Coop in Colleferro which was well stocked with a bakery, meat and cheese counter only 10 minutes drive. The train in Colleferro was very efficient to Rome and easy to use. Our best local night out was in Anagni for aperitivo, dinner and good atmosphere 20 min drive. Fabrizo was a very friendly and helpful host.

Super nice house with plenty of space especially outside. We traveled 2 adults and 2 teenagers we had a lot of fun. Super nice pool with a tilt. Several shopping and restaurants right nearby by car. Thank you for 5 lovely days in the house. ☀️

We had a wonderful week in Stéphane's lovely house. The house was renovated with respect and an eye for the original architectural style, which made it both charming and cozy. The view was fantastic, and the pool was the icing on the cake for our 3 children. It was wonderful to be able to stay in peace and quiet in the countryside, and at the same time so close to Rome's vibrant life. Stéphane was a really good, friendly and welcoming host who, both before our stay and along the way, did his utmost to ensure that we had the best vacation.

We had a great stay in Erwin's beautiful and spacious house. The house was comfortable and equipped with every comfort for us, during the winter period. Erwin is extensive information about the region and his very welcoming reception were great. We have not received such extensive information about the region before. The view from the house is magnificent. You will see snowy mountain peaks and the sea on the other side. The house is easy to heat with central heating and pellet stove. The kitchen is big and equipped with everything. Two bathrooms and bedrooms. From the house, the beautiful region of Abruzzo is easy to get around by car. We would love to come back during warmer days to use the lovely outdoor space as well.

We loved everything about this place. It’s a beautiful building which has been exceptionally well restored. Great location. Extremely well equipped with everything you could want. Pool is a particular highlight.
