From the property, there are several paths that allow guests to take relaxing walks. Antica Roccia - House on the Arch with Jacuzzi

An ancient house, immersed in the silence of the splendid setting of the Gran Sasso, with an unchanged charm in the comforts of the current comfort, with a bathroom totally dedicated to the care of the body and mind. Renovated house while maintaining its original style, in which to enjoy a unique relaxation between the pampering of the whirlpool with chromotherapy and the warmth of the fireplace. A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The Casa della Bifora is part of a small hotel spread over several locations (La Torre del Cornone). You will find us in the historic center of the village of Fontecchio (AQ), just a 5-minute walk from the main square of the village. Fontecchio is a medieval village, located in the heart of the Sirente Velino Park. This typical complex of ancient buildings is located in the southern corner of the town walls, with spectacular views of the green and quiet valley of the Aterno River.

Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

With vaulted ceilings throughout, and the walls adorned with original artwork, the apartment is part of an artist repopulation initiative known as "The Fontecchio International Airport", launched in 2020 by American artist Todd Thomas Brown. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
