House vacation rentals in Fontanka

Дякуємо Ользі за прийом. Будинок знаходиться далеко від центральної дорогі і поруч вільні ділянки. На теріторіі є батут для дітей, басейн, лежаки та фруктові та хвойні дерева, мангал та літній душ, також перед будинком можна мити ногі від піску. Їсти зручно на мансарді на вулиці, хоча ввечері треба маститися засобами від комарів ) На кухні є все необхідне, відчувалось, що це не бізнес, а власний будинок, зроблений з любовью. Нам трохи не вистачало посудомийки. Деколи вечорі зменшувався напір води. На горі 2 кімнати з 3 ліжками: 2 двухспальних, та одне одномісне. Немає шаф, тому речі ми тримали на підлозі. Увесь будинок зроблений в стиле бохо, багато дерева в основних елементах, це гарно. Є кондиціонер, пральна машина, душ, wifi. Море в 10 хвилинах ходу, але спуск крутий, було відносно чисте, правда багато медуз не давало повністю насолодитись ним. Водоростів мало і лише увечері. Нас було 6 дорослих і 1 малюк і всі помістились.

Nice stylish place. New and clean. Nice view from house territory, but you need to walk to the beach about 5-7 minutes. Recommended if you want to stay outside the city in quiet place. On the territory are other apartments. Hosts are very friendly and ready to help anytime.

Very nice and spacious house with a sauna, barbecue place and small swimming pool. I would recommend for a large company of 9-14 people.

I highly recommend this property. The remodeled accommodations are nice and clean and the outside area with a BBQ and the covered porch make this property complete. The location is spot on. The beach is a 10 minute walk, maybe a little less. There is a small to mid-size grocery store almost across to street and a full grocery store 1 km - 15 minute walk or 4 minutes by car. The street and surrounding area is quiet. Arcadia and the nightclub party spot is a 15 minute walk, downhill to Arcadia and uphill on the return. The University Castle on the beach is 10 minute walk and the Health Trail that parallels the beach is 5 minutes. If you want to go to the heart of the city - now you need transportation: 55 minutes by public transportation or about half that by car or taxi. For me, the quietness outside of the city center is preferred and you get to mingle with the real people and culture of Odesa. I will rest here again :)

Amazing clean beach, and the walk is really short. We loved the clean spacious house. We liked the back yard, too. It had grill, amazing decorations, birds and a cat! It is perfect for a family gateway. The host is friendly. Unfortunately as we spent a lot of time in Odesa, it was a bit far for us to commute and took too much time.

Отдыхали в компании из 4х человек. Все остались очень довольными. Было отличным решением снять дачу в Одессе. Жарили шашлыки во дворе, было очень уютно. В доме 3 комнаты, 2 из них проходные. Сан/узел в комнате с кроватью. Кровать была очень удобной. Диваны раскладываются, мой друг был очень доволен удобностью белого кожаного дивана. В принципе, в доме всё есть. Не хватало только нормального ножа, либо я его просто не нашла. А так, то все приборы есть. К морю относительно недалеко, но мы ездили на Золотой берег. К охраннику можно обращаться в любой момент, всегда поможет и подскажет, ему отдельное спасибо. Полотенца и постельное было чистыми. Спасибо Маргарите за такой прием. Обязательно вернемся.)
