Beachfront vacation rentals in Fondachello

This is an amazing house on a beachfront road in a charming little town. There is a small square in walking distance that has a nice bar/coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is lovely with very comfortable beds and amazing views both of the ocean out the front door and balcony, and of Mt Etna out of the two back balconies. Bedrooms are good sized with two full baths on the first floor and a half bath with the bedroom on the second floor. We had 5 adults in our group and never felt cramped. WiFi is good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and very responsive to questions and give a good list of local attractions and restaurants to try. House is in an area with easy access to both Catania and Taormina, both about 35-45 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

Wir können Francescos Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Sie ist sehr gut gelegen, zu Fuß erreicht man den Bahnhof und die Busstation. Außerdem ist man sofort am Meer und in Restaurants, Eisdielen, Cafes, Supermärkten etc. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, auch zum selbst kochen ist es ausreichend (Töpfe und Pfannen etwas veraltet und zerkratzt zum Teil, aber funktionieren). Wechsel der Handtücher war problemlos möglich unter der Woche. Francesco ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns nach Ankunft mit dem Zug am Bahnhof abgeholt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal um die Gegend rund um Taormina zu erkunden.

Great location and really nice terrace. Very well equipped apartment, from beach umbrellas to washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen gear. Hosts were really nice and responsive. Would stay again! Hope to come back soon.

Lara's place is absolutely great. We opened the door and we were on the beach! The bus stop and the train station are just a short walk away. Therefore, you can reach Taormina, Catania and Messina very easily. The flat is very, very clean and well kitted. It can accommodate a family of 4 nicely. Gisella is always ready to help and we felt right at home. We had a fabulous week and we will come back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The house was incredibly clean and the host was very responsive. Dario was helpful at every stage and was an incredible host. The place was in the perfect location by the water with many great restaurants right outside. Would highly recommend!!

l'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione dell'annuncio. gli spazi sono ideali per una famiglia di 4 persone. ottima pulizia, parcheggio comodo e contesto molto piacevole in quanto l'area è chiusa e non accessibile da estranei. ambiente familiare e di quartiere. splendida l'ampia veranda, ben organizzata e comodissima alla cucina. Giovanni è stato un host molto cordiale e disponibile. la comunicazione è stata puntuale e precisa. unico neo il box doccia, un pò piccolo ma obiettivamente per come è organizzato il bagno non si può fare diversamente.

Lovely Airbnb in a private compound. Walkable to the little village of Santa Tecla and to a Hotel with a nice Lido. Paolo was a great host and very responsive throughout the stay.

The highlight of our trip was the incredible five-course Sicilian dinner Carlo organized for us, showcasing the region's delicious cuisine. Each dish was a delight! The location itself is a must-visit, with breathtaking views and rich culture all around. We felt immersed in the beauty and warmth of Sicily. Vi havde som en familie på 5 med 2 voksne drenge og en svigerdatter et fantastisk ophold fra den 12 - 19 oktober 2024. Lejligheden levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger og det fungerede rigtig godt med de separate værelser. Vi var dog noget overrasket over manglende sol på terrassen der gjorde at det til tider var lidt koldt. Men det var også sidst på sæsonen. Vi brugte poolområdet og den private strand indtil solen var væk kl. 14:00. Marco var en fantastisk vært der modtog os og sørgede for at sætte os godt ind i boligen og omgivelserne.

Great stay in Taormina - apartment was clean and host was brilliant in communication. Location was great to both parts of Taormina - steps are required both up and down but it’s not a far walk if you can face them!

The appartement was more than expected! The photos are already beautiful but in reality it is even better, we were stunned About the balcony and the rooftop with amazing vieuw! Every morning we had breakfast with sunrise. The night of Arrival we were very late, Giovanni made sure we had Some food and drinks. Very good host! Taormina is beautiful and has so many choiches in restaurants, bars and amazing stores. With just a few minutes of Walking you will be at the cable car wich lead to the beautiful beach isola bella. The appartement is very clean, great bathrooms and nice beds. Whe had an amazing stay here, 5 stars from us ✨

This is a wonderful relaxing location with access down street to walking along water and swimming. Pool is wonderful, stargazing in the evening and overall a very relaxing place to be! No public transportation which host was very clear about so make sure to plan for shuttle, food, etc if you do not have a vehicle!

Un bel appartement dans une grande villa divisé en 4 lots. Avec une très belle terrasse est une vue magnifique, bien placé à 20min de taormina. Un accueil excellent et une flexibilité pour notre arrivée et notre départ ce qui nous a beaucoup aider avec notre garçon en bas âge. Merci à vous.

We had an amazing stay at Sergio’s place in Sicily. Honestly, the listing doesn’t even begin to capture how special and beautiful the house is. The location is unbeatable—just seconds from the marina—and you can see the sea from almost every corner of the home. There are multiple terraces and seating areas, and the house itself is incredibly spacious. One of our favorite things was the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking a real pleasure. Sergio was also super responsive and communicative throughout our stay. He left a very detailed guide full of fantastic restaurant recommendations and local tips, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Wir waren 9 Tage dort. Alles wie beschrieben,die Lage ist in einer Bucht mit wunderschönen Blick auf den Ätna Die Unterkunft findet man genauso vor wie auf den Bilder beschrieben.Ein Auto ist jedoch erforderlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Mimma und Giovanni

Fantastic place to stay!

When you opened the doors you looked out on the sea! It was a really nice place in a beautiful location. If you are wanting to visit Catania and Taormina this a great place between each of those cities. . It was also close to Mt. Etna. The host was also very helpful and responded right away to any need or request that we had.

Perfect place right on the beach. Perfect for a summer stay in august. Casual living, with plenty to do in august in Oliveri. Location was close to the attractions, everything walkable. A perfect spot to relax. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds comfortable. Claudio provided beach umbrellas and chairs which was great. Laundry facilities worked well. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Communication was great and hosts responsive. Thanks Claudio & Anna.

This space is amazing and right on the water that you can swim in. Not much to do in the town but a nice space that’s in between some of the bigger coastal cities. For comfort I recommend using the mosquito netting and night and opening some windows for colder air. Overall would stay again.

Jacqueline was a very friendly host. She responded quickly to every message we sent (which was necessary because of the gates protecting the area). The house was excellent! Well-equipped kitchen, spotless clean, very comfortable beds and of course the fantastic location at the sea, with a view of Etna across the bay! It was everything we hoped for, we had a wonderful couple of days there!

Sehr freundliche, kommunikative, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Haus ist ruhig und ländlich in einer gated community gelegen. Alles an der Unterkunft ist genauso, wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wunderbarer Blick auf den Ätna. Zum Badestrand ca. 10min. mit dem Auto, zum nächsten Supermarkt ca. 20min. Alles Ausflugsziele im Osten Siziliens sind in ca. 1-1,5 Stunden erreichbar. Catania und der Flughafen von Catania sind nur max. Eine halbe Stunde entfernt.
