We felt absolutely spoilt and had a fantastic stay. We were welcomed and treated like family. A home away from home. We will return.

Just amazing! What we needed after 20 days in a camper! Anna is the most amazing host! When we come back to Europe we will be coming back to visit.

Immersed in the peace on the hill between olive trees and vineyards, the apartment turned out to be really spacious and comfortable, matching the photos. Indoor parking always available, effective soundproofing to closed windows, good quality mattresses and pillows combined with the air conditioning in the bedroom, allowed us to rest at its best. From the terrace you can enjoy the fantastic view (an authentic postcard) and, in the evening, there is never a shortage, even on the hottest days of August, a nice cool ventilation that makes your stay very pleasant. Gianluca and his family were kind, attentive, helpful, and ready for any eventuality. Present when needed and discreet at the same time. It is the ideal solution for any type of vacation, in a short time you can reach the sea or mountains, or even be the base to visit the beauties of Abruzzo and Molise. Highly recommended!

Marco was a gentleman and a great host. Very accommodating. The location is stunning, beautiful views over the hills. Definitely recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Elisabetta's apartment! From having breakfast on the terrace to enjoying our rooms, everything was done to a high level. The apartment was also a very short walk into the town center where plenty of restaurants and shopping stores were located along with the beautiful medieval designs of Ascoli Piceno.

The house had everything that could be needed. It was a 10 minute drive to the sea. It was cooler at night because of its high location. The view and terrace were lovely. We would definitely prefer it again on our next trip to this area. Thanks Franca Arrivederci

We stayed in this amazing yurt where time stops. Everything is beautiful and well-kept. The property has all the comforts and precautions possible, from the sofas and loungers outside the jacuzzi with views of nature, from the refrigerator to the coffee and ice maker. All to stay overnight in the peace of mind. Tom is a really good host, he made us find breakfast in the picnic basket outside the door in the morning and it was very much appreciated. The care and dedication to the environment also make this property a really fantastic accommodation.

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Leonardo was just a perfect host. In addition to meeting us with an early check-in, he immediately delighted us with some local gems to be able to live it at its best and the small cadeau who brightened our stay. Having bikes available for travel was exceptional, the house was impeccable, the indication of an affiliated bathroom where relaxing was very helpful and classy (in addition to providing us with a discount on lunches and dinners). Highly recommended to anyone, if we come back here we will not hesitate to choose Leonardo for a moment. Thanks again

We loved our time at Paolo's. He was super nice and very helpful with everything. He took us to Pescara the day after we arrived and helped me get a sim card for my phone and to the airport to rent a car. He told us good places to eat in Pescara and helped us with eveything that we asked, he checked in with us to see if we needed anything and he even brought us some fresh cheese. He brought his little chihuahua with him to visit us which was very nice since my wife told him how much she misses her dogs while we have been traveling. We loved the house, it had everything we needed and also had nice sitting and relaxing areas outside and even a stone bbq around back that we used. There was also a washer and two portable racks to hang clothes to dry after washing and a couple of folding lounge chairs to chill in whenever you wanted! The surrounding area is beautiful, with mountains and big rolling fields close by. Hope to see you again soon! Thanks Paolo! 100% recommend!!

Great stay! Stefania and Domenico were the best hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. From the awesome breakfast to the little extras they provided (juice, water, fruit, etc) to the wonderful fried artichokes this has been one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Highly recommended with easy access to the Abruzzo area.

Anna’s place is lovely and spacious. It’s in beautiful country and one would be fortunate to stay there.

Perfect location! Very warm, traditional apartment. Hosts are lovely! We arrived to fresh homemade pastries, a bowl of fruit, milk, bottled water, spices, and many other kitchen items. Felt like home right away. Will stay here again.

we were very satisfied with the accommodation, which is right across the road from the sea with a large beach and a gradual entrance to the sea, the accommodation is very suitable for two families, it is two apartments that are connected by a small corridor and entrance door, bigger apartment has a wonderful terrace with a view of the sea, the apartments are very well equipped and you will find everything you need here, we can highly recommend

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

We enjoyed a lovely stay. Gianni and his daughter are two warm, sweet people who provided a nice welcome. We felt right at home in their beautiful home. The region is very beautiful and you know that if there is a problem you can go to the host. At the same time, they gave us all the privacy. There is a beautiful swimming pool that is very well maintained. We would like to come back and can only recommend this house and these hosts.

Paola and the family were so friendly. We had the most amazing stay for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The premesis is stunning and their wine is beautiful. We will be back!

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Sitting here with my family last week. Enjoy in one word what a wonderful place. You will relax here. The owner of the house himself spoke twice. But his father also lives here a real treasure of a man. This man goes above and beyond to make everyone happy. He is also a winner with the wine. I myself say take the red wine. It tastes very good in a wonderful evening sun. The pool is wonderful with a deep piece where you can really dive. A real party for our kids. Nice trip is going to the mountains is really beautiful, it looks like you are in the Alps. I would bless a Thick 9 for all you can do here and how you will be treated. We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay makes all the difference!
