Yall bring your horses, or bicycles to ride on the Caprock Canyon State park Trailway from our direct access point. The rough ranch roads are great fun so bring your ATVs. Here along the Caprock edge we have great rocks. The two story three bedroom two bath house has central heat and air and a fully stocked kitchen just bring your food and toys. Hunting available

My place is close to parks ( Caprock Canyon ), art and culture,( Amarillo 1 hour away) restaurants and dining ( Lubbock Tx is 45 minutes away ). You’ll love my place because of the coziness, The house was built in 1898, It has some quirky atmosphere !!! 2 story home that we have been restoring for the past 3 years !!. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Upstairs Bath has CLAW FOOT tub , with shower !
