Vacation rentals in Floriano

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

What a wonderful find. Lucia’s place is at cellar level, thus being cool relative to very high June temperatures. (34 degrees C the day we arrived). The property is rustic with beautiful ceiling and floor design. It is tastefully furnished with all you need to prepare a meal. Lucia and Giovanni met us on arrival and provided comprehensive information. Parking is off road and private and walking into Ascoli takes 10-15 minutes. We only had 2 nights, but could have easily stayed longer. Well worth a visit.

Nice and clean place. The apartment is quite big. The only cons was the street parking with very limited availability.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Giorgio’s place was fantastic. His mom and dad greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He has everything inside to make you feel like you’re at home. The view is amazing from the patio which we ate our breakfast from everyday. The restaurants are a couple of minutes walk and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk too. It is a very quiet location and being on the fourth floor it’s even better. There are 73 stairs to climb to get to the room, which will help burn a few calories after you’ve eaten a large meal from one of the restaurants nearby. Parking can be challenging if there is a function in the town. We had to park by the grocery store one night but it was not a problem. We had a great stay and hope to come again every year! The little house in the woods - Rustico Ceppino - we can say that it is truly a lovely place. Surrounded by nature, but still close to essential services. Charming for the silence and peace it conveys... you can only hear the sound of birds and the leaves of the trees moving in the wind. Perfect accommodation also for our dog who ran around the fenced garden hunting for lizards, for the pool that in moments of relaxation welcomed us, making our 6-year-old son have a lot of fun and finally for the BBQ that allowed us to grill roasts at will. Roberto is a very helpful and courteous person. The house has everything, even board games with which we spent the evenings under the porch. For our first vacation in Abruzzo, we can only say that we will definitely return. Everything was perfect! Thank you Roberto. ☺️
