Pauliran foi gentil e solicito. Atendeu a um pedido especial e nos deixou muitíssimo satisfeitos. A casa é completa com os principais recursos necessários. Tudo estava muito organizado, limpo e muito perfumado. A região é silenciosa, tranquila e próxima ao Centro. Ótimo custo-benefício. Pauliran sempre nos atendeu de forma educada. Certamente voltarei a esta casa e indico a locação.

Nossa estadia na Chácara Pe Cícero foi muito boa! A casa corresponde as fotos anunciadas. Ambiente muito bem cuidado e organizado. Quartos e roupas de cama limpos e cheirosos. Cozinha bem equipada, suprindo nossas necessidades. Área externa, que utilizamos bastante, muito boa com piscina, churrasqueira, cooktop, redes e muitas árvores frutíferas. Os anfitriões, Uilton e família, nos receberam muito bem. Sempre muito simpáticos, educados e solicitos! Família muito gente boa! Indicamos muito este imóvel, tivemos uma excelente experiência.

A Casa Sol Nascente da Kátia Uma excelente opção de hospedagem! A casa é aconchegante, espaçosa e muito bem cuidada. Os quartos são amplos, arejados e com camas extremamente confortáveis. Os banheiros atendem perfeitamente às necessidades, todos equipados com chuveiros elétricos novos. A cozinha é grande, muito bem equipada e ideal para quem gosta de cozinhar. A área de lazer é maravilhosa, perfeita para momentos de descanso e diversão. A localização da casa também é excelente, facilitando o acesso a diversos pontos da cidade. Sobre a anfitriã: simplesmente impecável! Kátia é muito atenciosa, resolutiva e ainda oferece ótimas dicas de bares e restaurantes na região. Com certeza voltaríamos!

A localização ñ é mt boa, mas fica bem próximo ao centro. Então, ñ atrapalha em nada. A casa é extremamente limpa, tem tudo q se precisa, desde gelágua, prato, entre outros. Tudo q precisávamos tinha, até material de limpeza. Panos de cama impecáveis, banheiros limpíssimos, assim como o restante da casa. O Natanael é extremamente atencioso, respondia mt rápido as mensagens, nos dava dica, estava sempre à disposição. Nota 10, super recomendo.

O loft é excelente! Super bem organizado, com um ambiente amplo e arejado, proporcionando uma sensação de aconchego. Todos os utensílios e aparelhos estão disponíveis, tornando a estadia ainda mais prática e confortável. Os anfitriões são extremamente cuidadosos e sempre prontos para auxiliar. O chalé é bem aconchegante e tem um clima bem agradavel. Minha família e eu gostamos muito. Leandro é super simpático e solícito. Respondia sempre as minhas dúvidas, desde antes da reserva (e olha que eu pergunto muito). Na minha próxima ida a Triunfo, já tenho preferência de lugar.

Quero ressaltar o excelente custo-benefício. A casa fica no centro histórico de Triunfo. Fizemos a maioria das atividades a pé. Visitamos os museus, a igreja, o centro histórico, as lojinhas, o açude no centro da cidade, as praças, o teleférico. Só usei o carro para ir na Casa Grande das Almas e no Águas Parque de Triunfo onde visitamos a hidromelaria, o engenho São Pedro, a casa do Papai Noel e a casa de chocolates. Uma cidade com muitas atrações. Pra completar, estava acontecendo o festival de vinhos e queijos da cidade com muitos estandes de vendas e música ao vivo. Ah, houve a encenação da Paixão de Cristo na quinta e sexta feira. Os dias que passei em Triunfo com minha família a gente se sentiu em casa. Aos anfitriões com os quais mantive contato, Leandro e Josy, muito atenciosos e solícitos. Desde quando aluguei a casa aqui pelo airbnb que Leandro já entrou em contato pelo ZAP, mantive contato com Josy tbm, inclusive ela que nos recebeu e entregou as chaves. Tudo perfeito!
