Newly built farm long at homestead

Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with afternoon and evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and 1.5 km from the airport.

Wz., sleeping room, bathroom +small kitchen - on about 30 square meters you will find everything you need without sacrificing comfort (Wi-Fi, TV, Bluetooth) for your seaside break. This includes, among other things: terrace + garden for barbecuing and chilling in the beach chair, parking in private parking. Bike rental nearby. Storage in the "shed". Laundry package not included, extra charge per person 21 euros.

From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in u heated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. 60 well-kept and comfortable square meters for up to 5 guests (2 on sofa bed) in the cozy village of Tating, 6 km before St. Peter-Ording. Tating is great for example, as a starting point for beautiful bike rides to SPO and on Eiderstedt or beautiful walks. All districts of SPO are about the same distance away. The apartment is located in a separate part of the building, which was built in 1998 to a listed main house. Price starts at €45/night in the low season.

Renovated in 2016, the spacious apartment over 2 floors is quietly located and 500m from the Süderhafen. Even at breakfast, the view to the "Engel-Mühle" holiday atmosphere comes up. All rooms are bright, cozy and decorated with a lot of love. The garden, which can also be reached via a small terrace door from the apartment's kitchen, can of course be used by our guests. The property is good for couples and families. With dishwasher and highchair.

NO Youth groups 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/ living room, separate entrance. (Living area about 75 m2) The apartment is a ground floor-apartment , but you have to use an outdoor or indoor staircase. Not suitable for people with disabilities. There is a lovely view to the garden from both bedrooms. Our house is situated in a quiet area near municipal park.
