Studio à louer à Genval, dans le brabant wallon à 10 minutes de la gare de Genval et des "Papeteries" où vous trouverez de nombreux commerces. A 15 minutes de Bruxelles et 30 minutes de Namur. A 100 mètres de la maison, en descendant vers la gare, il a a une balade agréable dans la vallée de la Lasne. Vous êtes à 5 minutes du lac de genval et 10 minutes du château de La Hulpe. Petits animaux acceptés si ils sont propres et il est demandé qu’ils n’aillent pas sur le canapé, ni sur le lit.

Peaceful and centrally-located, 95m2 flat on two floors with a 40m2 terrace. 2 sleeping rooms (one the mezzanine and another downstairs) each floors has bathroom, big living room with fully equipped kitchen and exit to the terrace. Ideally located 17 min walk from the center (St. Catherine), 8 min walk from Tour et Taxis and 6 min to the Canal. 3 min to the metro station (lines 2&6) and 1 min form the tram station (51). This is our brussels home which we are renting while traveling.
