Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

TV with Chromecast and Wi-Fi Note: covers for duvet and pillow must be brought or purchased for DKK 50 per person. Bunk beds must be paid extra at the time of booking. Possibly 1 person on mattress. Possibility of breakfast placed in the refrigerator DKK 60 per person. Bicycles can be stored in dry weather. We have two old bikes that can be borrowed Child-friendly and with a fire in the garden.

The house consists of living room with open kitchen and dining area for 6 people. 1 bedroom with new elevation bed 140x200, 2 rooms with 1 bed 140x200. The whole house is heated with a new heat pump. Outside there is a large covered terrace with dining area, sun beds and fireplace. As well as an enclosed garden with plenty of space. In addition, there is a cozy winter room - which can only be used in summer - as it is not insulated. Close to shopping and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. Cozy cottage in Sønderborg - Rent our Little House

Hi :-) we are renting out our little annex in Sønderborg. The complex is from 1700 but got fully renovated up to standart a few years ago. It can host up to 4 people (one 160cm bed and a very good bedsofa 140cm). You can be fully on your own exploring southern denmark, but we're also available most of the time if needed. Supermarkets, waterview and forest are in walking distance. Public transport is only 50m from here. If anything else is needed dont hesitate to ask. Best regards Lisa and Håkan

You will have the house to yourself, and the house is centrally located in Asserballeskov, in rural surroundings close to Fynshav on Als, with a short distance to good beaches, and sights on the island.
