The host always responded super fast, the apartment is just as shown in the photos. Everything was fine.

Good place, as described, good price. Keep in mind that in order to enter the pool you have to pay for some handles that are not included in the price, otherwise everything is fine.

Sandra's apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The pool and jacuzzi reservation makes check-in orderly. It is a five-minute walk from the town of Ricaurte, so any shopping you need is very close. A very quiet complex to rest.

The apartment is very comfortable and quiet, everything works perfectly and it is very conveniently located. The service is very nice and effective. As a suggestion, it would be useful to include in the description an approximate value for internet and television service refills in an average three-day stay, so you would have all the complete information and it would be easier to self-manage what is needed.

A very welcoming apartment faithful to the publication, facilities in very good condition, attention from very good surveillance personnel, spectacular and well maintained social areas. An additional value of 11,500 per person must be cancelled for use of pools and so on but it is important to provide this information before booking. The host was very attentive to our concerns and requests.

Daniel's service was excellent, the apartment is nice and pleasant overall. You can request taxis from the concierge, and the staff are very nice.

Perfect stay in Flanders. The apartment is as shown in the photos: modern, clean and very comfortable. The layout is excellent and it is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay; from kitchen utensils to air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi. The location is ideal, close to everything but quiet enough to rest. The common area with a pool is perfect for enjoying the warm weather of Flanders, and the atmosphere of the complex is very familiar and safe. The host was very friendly, attentive and always willing to answer any questions. Check-in was easy and everything was very well coordinated. I would definitely come back again with my whole family. We definitely recommend it and would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

Excellent place, has two comfortable desks for work. The internet is good, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning and the other parts with ceiling fan. The complex has good social areas. Perfect for resting.

My family and I loved it, the area is very quiet to spend either several days or just a couple. The only thing is that of the 3 days, the elevator was broken on two of them and you had to go up to the seventh floor.

Apartment in impeccable condition, with excellent services, friendly environment, and very well equipped with everything you need. Problems to respond at the beginning, with no directions to the tower and the apartment, but after that inconvenience, everything was perfect.

The apartment is spectacular, from what we could see, it's the best in the entire condominium. And nothing to add about Milena, she behaved fantastically and responded very quickly to any concerns. My wife and I will definitely be back, I'd even venture to say more than once.

Since the planning till the arrival, I received a lot of support and guidance from Amanda and Jeniffer, they well very supportive to have a memorable days during the week, always available to answer any query we may have. My family enjoy a lot the place and the facilities, the description provided was exactly what we found on the apartment, very clean and well distributed. I do 100% recommend this options if you want to have nice and fun days with your family.

Recommended. The place is generally quiet at night, the apartment is comfortable, spacious and with everything that appears in the photos. Access was easy for everyone, covered parking, there are two large pools. Pilar was very friendly and clear with the information.
